Had very good deals going on and the workers were friendly and helpful

Our order was ready, pick up was easy and the cashier was pleasant. Plus the curtains were just what we wanted and it was good value.

The staff was so helpful. I felt a bit lost, but they pointed me in the right direction. They offered to measure me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate the fact that they open at 10AM. It is an hour earlier than the rest of the mall. Excellent service.

Review is directed specifically for Stephanie in the Salon section of the JCP. Stephanie has provided me hair care treatments for at least 4 months and I have had an amazing experience every time I’ve come in. I have received a variety of treatments and I now have started on the path to healthier hair. The staff in general is kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

I love JC Penney. Ordered items online. Wife said she likes that the sizes are for American women and the fabrics and stitching are good. I know I like what she purchased for me. She said washes well, holds up and hardly shrinks. If size is a little bit larger or smaller, return is easy.

We were so pleased with this store. Friendly associates especially Nikki who helped us with the purchase of a new mattress and box spring. She took time to explain the difference between the mattresses on display. Such a pleasure to know and work with in our purchase.

A very nice attractive store. Went to buy my Father's Day shorts, shirt and flip flops. Got the shorts and shirt, but flip flops were average at best (although at very reasonable prices), so I passed on the flip flops. I was looking for a more premium type. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.

JCPennys is one of the oldest stores and it still has great prices and selections. I always liked this store. Easy to locate in the mall

People were very friendly had lots of things on sale including Panthers gear which my bf loved. Also has a Disney section for kids!!!!! Store is very nice and easy to find what you are looking for. Will definitely go back!

Best place to go with a teenager who needs school clothes.

This JCPenney has a great selection of men's clothing and accessories. I am always satisfied when I shop for clothing here. Lots to choose from and for such a great price. They also have wonderful choices for home appliances. I bought a new piece of luggage today for less than have of the original price. So stoked about such a great deal!!!

Great experience! Came in 1.5 hours before close and was able to find exactly what I needed and got awesome help! Octavia was a great help! She was friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed. Then during checkout I found out my coupon was expired so she went above and beyond to still help me get a great deal! She helped till the very last minute of being open and I’m especially appreciative of her awesome customer service! I don’t shop in stores much anymore but I definitely feel comfortable and confident coming to this JC Penny!

Typical JC Penny. Neatly stocked and has a wide variety of brands to shop. They have really good deals going on. A must store to visit if you want to save some money on clothing. I have bought a lot of clothes at this store and was fully satisfied with the quality of the product.

I come here to get my hair done at the salon. Janice is far beyond wonderful!! She always has a positive attitude and does a wonderful job on my hair 🧜‍♀I don't trust anyone else!

The mall was not really crowded and jc penny was set up quit nicely. We were able to find what we needed, check out, apply for credit and get 25%off your purchase as well as get help finding things. So stop in the mall is recoupperating thru covid and the associates are there helping.

Lots of new merchandise and plenty of employees to help when needed. Store was very clean and not a lot of customers. Found some great new summer clothes

Today I went in to JCPENNEY, store #0794. Veronica, #0144 waited on me. She has waited on me about 3 times in the past year. Every time I go in there, she treats me like I'm the only one in the store. She gives her full attention to each customer that she waits on. I don't ever see such high quality customer service anywhere like the service she gives. I don't know her at all outside the store, but this time that I went in, she even remembered my name. She needs recognition for her quality service!
