Walked in did not know where to start, everything was so beautiful. I got some cute shoes(on sale) and I have curves and I'm seasoned(20W). The sales people were friendly and so helpful and I found a plus size gown did not need a girdle because the front folds hides the midsection , it was only $59 on sale!! Yassss Dillard's 🥰👏🏽🙌🏾

Great place to shop for Christmas and other gifts. Found my wife's favorite perfume here and it was a lot cheaper at Dillards than what I found online. Huge variety of all manner of things. Really enjoy shopping here. Very pleasant staff even during this hectic holiday season.

Went in tested a few scent da'monique was very helpful and gave some great recommendations according to the scent notes I gave her and suggested a few different colognes will most definitely be back also she was very informative and knowledgeable thank you

Went shopping here like 2 days before Christmas...everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very nice and helpful. Didn't have to wait in a long line and most importantly I got my Christmas present for an awesome deal, like $100 cheaper than normal! It was a beautiful Michael Kors bag my fiance bought me. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Very friendly store associates. There was a kids runway show going on during my visit! How cool is that?!?! Clearance racks galore! Slushies, popcorn and water was being offered to customer. Overall pleasant experience!

Currently have some good sales going on in January 2022 Really nice store. Very clean. Easy to get around in and browse because of the organization of the merchandise on tables and racks. Really nice clothes. Very clean restrooms and the men's restroom has a very clean baby changing station. Plenty of hand sanitizer. Really glad they had hand sanitizer at the escalators where you step off after holding onto the handrails.

Best shoe selection topped by their awesome service staff. The sales clerk that helped us was uber helpful. So attentive and knowledgeable about all the shoes and styles.

(Wish I could remember her name - I am horrible at names! She was wearing sandals and braids) She helped us until she had to go on break then her supervisor helped us finish the sales. Started out just needing 1 pair, but walked out with 3 with 1 being shipped. The shoes arrived as promised just in time for my vacation

Love this place! Anita at the shoe department was simply amazing, caring and friendly during my visit! She helped me to find the perfect shoes for my trip. Also Susie on the seconds floor was awesome!

All employees were so very attentive, professional, polite and friendly.

I went shopping yesterday for children's shoes and this store has a separate apartment with a cool measuring machine AND a staff member who specializes in kid shoes. We had a great time picking out some essentials for a growing girl and she was delighted to "help" Ms. Linda with the stock room. Linda was so kind and patient with an excited kid who has rarely been able to pick out her own things in the past. We will return her frequently and also to the childrens clothing department, which also has great staff and sales.

I had Olivia do my make up for prom, she was very kind and did an excellent job with it and matching things to my skin tone and dress. I truly appreciate her she had no issues with anything. I definitely recommend her!

The staff here was very helpful. The gentleman in the dress shirt section was very helpful with measurements and making recommendations for different shirts. They had a great selection and all sizes seemed to be available. They had a great selection of higher end brands. I would recommend shopping here if you would like to find some nice clothes.

I received great customer service at this location. The sales associate, who's name escapes me now 🤔, was so informative regarding the different hand bag styles and designers. It was my anniversary and my husband wanted to treat me to a Brahmin hand bag. I've never heard of the brand. I did others and this was a great choice. Really had help from the sales associate.
