Zintel Canyon Greenway

Love this place since I was a kid. I take my kids whenever we come back for our visits. Hope i see more garbage cans in the future maybe a recycling container too. And green shade cover on the toys there!!

I love this trail. It changes with the seasons and is a nice oasis within the city.

A great place to take a peaceful walk with family or pets with creeks along the way and animals as well. Be careful though there is a family of skunks out there (dog almost got sprayed 🤣) and snakes as well. If you hate flying bugs I'd spray yourself first before going lol it's a fun place though.

I got a lot of sun and smoked some fun.

Beautiful hike. Novice hike or good run. About two and a half miles up and back. A little overgrown and sketchy at sun up and sun down, but getting better. Lots of cleanup happening.

Edit. 5th star added. Cleaned up has been a huge improvement. We see families enjoying this area more. Perfect little Greenway.

Walked around for a few hours. Take your dog. My dog loves it.

Nice trail for family young and old , lots of birds and squirrels. Little bridges over the creek make it fun for the kids. The trail is level so it's easy on everyone and long enough to get away for a while. We want to come back when the leaves are out in full bloom. Whats real good about the canyon is that its right in the middle of town !

Nice trail for a walk, was not aware of it before, was a good surprise for me. Has a nice wide path on one side of the river and a rugged foot path on the other, did a nice loop with kids. Had a blast, much nicer then Badger Mtn.

Nice place to take a walk with the whole family! My kids love going to this trail! You go through little bridges where water is flowing, nice scenery, sometimes there is mud. Take hiking shoes. No sandles if possible or no white shoes.. they will get dirty.. Take water and pee.. lol before going to the trail no restrooms!

Beautiful wonderful 5 mi? Park along the Columbia River. Peaceful

Wildlife pleaze be careful what u feed them DUCKS/GEESE/BREAD/ dangerous/ bread will swell up when they drink water. SMALL pieces/ they'll eat/ be mindfully of their habits/food.

This is a great city walk the trail is not wheelchair friendly a bit rugged in areas but for those wanting to get out of the sounds of the city very nice. It may not be a recommendated walk for high wind days as many trees are tall and falling branches could cause harm.

There is more than meets the eye at this park/trail. My kids love picking the mulberries and blackberries when they are in season and cooling off and playing in the creek. Also, the trail offers a partially paved pathway for easy bicycling for kids.

I love this place it's a great place to walk and to take ur kids. However the back side floods in some spots it also floods in one spot in the front path but it's not so bad I did by his wife flip-flops during the first three months unless you want your shoes to get soaking wet it's really refreshing though on a hot day my kids and I don't mind it we love it

If you are looking for a nice quiet park with a running teail, well look no more the Zintel Canyon. It in a good location and it has a small play ground that you can sit and watch your kids play or walk the trail and check out the wildlife and find small birds and maybe even a squirrel or two. It's close to the highway and departments store like Fred Myers and Jack in the Box if you want to grab some picnic supplies.

This is one of the best trails to walk, hike, cycle ect. In tri- cities. A lot of overgrown greenery and year round running water in a small creek that runs the whole way through. Most of the time it's nice and quiet. Two kinds of trails run through it, I believe one is maintained by the city and that trail runs along the west bank of the canyon and is groomed and paved with large and smallw\X"s are individually placed through the canyon. The other trail is all rugged in places, a few mild to mellow (short) sections, and a few sections where the trails merge for a brief moment. It's a nice mountain bike challenge

I love the Zintel canyon trails, I run the 3 miles in the back trails , the scenery is calm and beautiful , you wouldn't think you were in town, the water, wooden bridges, trees, raspberries all over the sides of the trails, it's a perfect place where everyone runs, walks their dogs or just a romantic walk.
