Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ate the Carne Asada bowl. It was basic but very filling. The picture they show in their t.v. and print advertising has a lot of upcharges.

I ordered on the app and it gave me a 15 minute eta and I came to the store right on time and my order was there waiting! My food was delish and exactly how I customized it. Only sad part was that not one single employee acknowledged or greeted me when I came to pick up my order on the shelf right next to them.

I love this chipotle , always so clean and have the best service . Andrea at the register was the sweetest person ever !!

The food is good and despite difficult customers the team is able to stay positive and keep composure. The lobby could use more attention it seems to be pretty dirty most of the time

Had food here last week, Ken was the cashier, absolute gentlemen, very friendly and professional. Food was amazing

I don’t think I’ve ever had a 5-star experience at a chipotle but tonight was different. There was a steady flow of customers but the ladies behind the counter handled it well. The food was perfect and even tho the employees seemed inexperienced they were never flustered or rude with customers or each other. All of our gift cards worked without issue or attitude from the cashier. Very happy to return to this establishment.

We ordered 2 burritos, a taco meal and kids meal.

Quick tasty food. Only wish the noise in the main dining area had ceiling tiles or something to muffle sounds. Its too loud in there no matter the time of day.

The food was amazing and the service was just as well. I was eating lunch with a friend and the staff who sees my friend on a regular basis because this is one of her favorite spots to eat, came over to our table just to inform her that she is very pretty and liked her outfit. The young lady said she always notice my friend and her great style when she comes in and went back to providing great customer service. Right after that happen another comes to the counter and could not figure out what she wanted so and the young lady took her time and was very patient with the lady to help her figure out what she wanted.

Service was excellent, parking was easy, service was some of the best I've had from the scale of one through 10 I would give it a 9. The restaurant was clean the restrooms were also tidy. They have a large selection of dishes on the menu, the staff was very professional, every staff member had a smile on their face they seem very happy working there that made me feel comfortable of being there. All staff members were in uniform very professional looking. I would recommend this place for anyone families or eating by yourself.

First time trying this place and I loved it! The burrito bowl was big enough to fill with all my favourite toppings and the meat was delicious! Also loved filling up my lemonade for free! Busy little place.

Never have had a bad experience here! Staff is always super friendly and loves to joke around. Very upbeat place.

Consistent service and quality. I've had some bad chipotle experiences in the past, but not here. 4 trips and my food has always been hot, fresh, and flavorful. More importantly, no undercooked rice or stale tortilla chips. Service was accurate, friendly, and prompt. Thank you.

This is mine and my husbands go to place when we come to Wilmington and with me having gastric bypass it’s a little bit more healthier for me to eat then just regular fast food

I had an incredible experience thanks to managers Kara and Ashley at Chipotle today. Not only was staff friendly and cheerful, but when I forgot my purse, they went over and above to contact me and make sure I received it.

Despite being a part of a large corporation, they made the environment of this location feel like a small community restaurant with their kindness and hospitality. Thank you for all your help!

Love this Chipotle! Food is fresh, and delicious. The guacamole is awesome and clean restaurant experience....also very good for my diet as it's a very healthy way to eat out!I'll always be back for more!And Oh, enjoyed the music which created a very happy dining experience.

Fastest service I have ever seen when we have 16 volleyball players

I came in 10 mins before close and I always feel bad about doing that but I had a 12 hour shift to go and was starving. I was apologetic and the employees were very upbeat and kind. They continually insisted that I wasnt a bother and made me feel happy to be there.

This is honestly the best location I’ve been to from here to New York. The staff is extremely friendly. I’m a frequent customer here, and occasionally when they are busy and run out of something specific I asked for, I’ll wait for them to make more. They are always as quick as they can be and compensate me even when insisted it’s not necessary. Awesome group of employees 👌🏻

The best "fast food" there is! Quality of the food is excellent, and the service is even better. If you like other burrito places or if you don't like other burrito places...doesn't matter because this is like no other burrito/salad/bowl restaurant you've been to. A favorite place for me and my family :-)
