Journeys Kidz

I went to journeys kids inside the galleria in Saint Louis. The young lady working was super helpful, brought out multiple pairs of shoes and multiple sizes for me to look at (since my daughter wasn't with me), she even brought out some no show socks. Anyways my main point is I was in and out and the best experience. I wish I had remembered her name to give her some positivity 😔 but I don't. If it helps I was there on 3/30/2023 during the day lol thanks again 😊

NaSir the store manager needs training and it proves that because this store has an ongoing issue, they will treat their customers rude and disrespect them. I asked him for his supervisors information and he said she doesn't want to be bothered. Over a refund, he said the shoes had a scuff on them and my granddaughter is 3 years old if she would have worn those shoes, it would have been more than a scuff!! Then he sarcastically told me I should have wiped the shoes off! Really! The high priced cheap shoes has been tried on by other kids and then put back in the box and returned to the shelf, what was he thinking? A Scuff? Well, I had to call customer service put a complaint in and get my refund after they saw pictures of the shoes with the tag still on them and the date of me purchasing the day before I brought them back to be returned! It's sad! They will not get another coin out of me!!

Journeys Kidz in the Galleria Mall is so overrated the service is extremely terrible you sit there and you sit there waiting on someone to come over and wait on you I could have just walked out the store and stole something I waited there for at least 20 minutes with my child trying to buy shoes the salesperson customer relationship is poor they don't greet you talk to you try to make suggestions the overall atmosphere is chaotic I will not go back there again

Beware of the adult Journeys in galleria mall, pathetic manager. I had to call the district manager to sort out a return. U have been warned. I told u so.
