Ordered a Christmas flower arrangement and it arrived absolutely beautiful! The only down side is that you aren’t notified of delivery or when delivery is expected. Other than that, highly recommend.

I have used this Sand's Florist since my wedding in 1962. You can rely on beauty & taste applied to all they do. They can accommodate any request. I give them price, color, suggestion of flowers to use & they always create an original & beautiful floral item for me. I used them again last weekend. I live in Indiana but am from Jackson. Always call them direct to order for the Madison County area whether it be for a funeral, grave site, wedding, birthday, holiday, etc. Judy E.

I ordered a spray for the casket for my brother-in-laws funeral from Sand's Florist. I talked with the floral designer, Kevin, & gave him the colors I wanted. The arrangement was more than I hoped for & absolutely gorgeous! Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant, which was so refreshing, especially at such a difficult time. I highly recommend.

They not only delivered on time to the church but I had the best customer service without attitude or being rushed. I was not in Jackson and looking for a flower shop to prepare flowers for a couple girls and women. I called in and made the order. Smoothly and professionally was the person I talked to. Not necessarily loving any of the pictures for sympathy arrangements, I took a chance and decided to do a "custom arrangement" (the $55 one) where is was completely up to them to make it; all I let them know was that it was for a funeral. While at the funeral I happen to notice a beautiful arrangement and was surprised to see it was from me. I was worried that by choosing a custom arrangement that I wouldn't get my money's worth and that the flowers wouldn't be the highest quality--this was absolutely not the case. It was evident that Sands takes pride in what they do and they love what they do! Thank you for providing the perfect arrangement for this difficult and heart breaking occasion.

I needed to send flowers on Christmas Eve to the hospital. I live out of town and didn't know who to call. I searched online and found this florist. They were exceptional!! Kind, helpful, described my choice of flowers and I can't thank them enough for being able to deliver today. I would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

I live out of state so I typically use 1-800-flowers to order flowers for my mother on special occasions. This year for Mother's Day, my order was fulfilled by Sands and the arrangement they delivered to my mother was gorgeous and looked like what was pictured online. In the past when my sisters or I have ordered from an online service like 1-800-flowers or FTD, the arrangement that is delivered is either hit or miss. Now that I know how great Sands is, I'll be calling them directly for all future flower arrangement needs! I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!!

I called the florist. I live 4 hours away. They created an arrangement for my dad and his wife. Lisa texted me and sent a photo. I was amazed. I called them in desperate need for a bow for one of my customers as I delivered it to their daughter for a graduation gift, and as soon as I called and told them what I needed the hopped right on it and got a beautiful huge bow for my delivery.
