Every Friday, 10am we have a great auction here. Good place to do business. Great people!

We bought a bad vehicle and spoke to one person and they told us we were stuck. We were done at that point and felt like we had been duped and treated unfairly. We called back and spoke to Kevin and he went out his way to help us out! He also advised that if we had any questions about a vehicle to reach out to him. A1 customer service! At first they lost our business, but all it takes is one person to go out of their way to help and treat us fairly and it changed our minds. We are back purchasing with them. They have definitely EARNED our business!

Friendliest auction in the country. The staff doesit's best to make sure it knows all of its regular customers by name. they always have snacks and bottled water and candy and giveaways to always keep the auction excited. They do tons of charity events for the area which is also good to see two. I really like the morals and the ideas at this auction that used to be at all auction 20 years ago

I don’t get the chance to go in person often but I buy online frequently and I’m happy with the service I received.

This is one of the best auctions I have been to over my 25 years in the business. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me.

Excellent auction. I have bought vehicles from numerous auctions, and Charleston Auto Auction is by far the best!!!! In fact, I buy 90% of my inventory from CAA. I would highly recommend CAA to other car dealers looking to stock their inventory
