Mattress Firm Columbia Tech II

Joe was AWESOME!!! We had been thinking of replacing of Kirkland mattress for 3 years too long. We walked into Mattress FIRM at 6:30 on a Tuesday, and Joe greeted us right away and professionally. Even thought it was getting close to closing time, he took his time to walk us thru the options he had within our budget, and didn’t try to sell us, just inform us. This my friends is a lost art! 15 minutes later we walked out with the receipt and it will be delivered in 2 days.

As soon as we walked in, one of the stuff members helped us right away. The customer service she gave us was fast and very polite. Specially with me as being a hispanic , I felt respected and equally treated. She had very good knowledge of the product. That made it easier to choose. All the questions were answered with honestly with good understanding.

Joe was so kind and helpful to get the best bed for my comfort! I look forward to receiving the bed and having many wonderful nights sleep. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Thanks Joe!

Fantastic experience buying a mattress here. The staff was super helpful and assisted me in picking out just the right bed to fit my needs and help with my lower back pain. She was patient, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Big ticket items almost always leave me a little stressed- did I make the right decision? Did I overpay or blow my budget? Enjoyed discussing our option ans with the amount we had to spend Joe was very helpful and did not make us feel bad for not having more than what we had. It was very nice and he was very knowlegable. Will tell family and friends about our experience and we are also going to purchase a another bed do my mom.

I went in to exchange a mattress that I was unhappy with and Amanda made it such an easy and efficient process. She was empathetic of my sleeping struggles and the first suggestion she showed me I ended up selecting, after trying about 4-5 others. My new mattress is arriving less than 24 hours after selecting it.

The store had a good selection of different types of mattresses at various price points, and Joe did an excellent job of walking us through all of it in a focused, informative, and friendly manner. He never pressured us into leaning toward the more expensive options or made us feel like there were right and wrong choices. Thanks, Joe!

Great experience. Amanda was knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect mattress. After years of living with a too soft and then a too firm mattress, she helped me find a perfect, medium mattress with a pillow top. And they will deliver and take away the current mattress. Whew. Problem solved. I'm so relieved.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting a mattress that will be good for me. There was a good selection and a wide range of prices so I was able to find just what I need for a price I could afford. Delivery of the new mattress and pick up of the old is a great bonus.
