Ross Dress for Less

This is one of my favorite Ross stores in Washington. Upon entering you're acknowledged, several times throughout my shipping experience I’m checked on by staff.

This location is busy, usually staffed well. Store is clean and well organized. Fun seasonal section.

Went looking for an outfit for a first date. Plenty of selection and sizes. The only problem there were only 2 cashier's. With it being the holiday season they need more cashier's so we don't have to wait 20 minutes in line

Very good selection of everything I was looking for. And I love the store I will come back even though it's not my closest Ross but I will.

Went shopping for our puppy. We got him some dog toys and a bed. Good customer service and was in and out quickly. Parking great and ADA access. Ross was clean and organized.

I love Ross. I’ve loved Ross since I was a kid, and my opinion hasn’t changed. If your complaints are that it’s last season’s designs or that it’s not as fancy as a department store, you are looking for a different store. The prices are great, the finds are always amazing.

We love shopping Ross we never know what we're gonna find. Always great deals & lots of friendly faces.

Shopping after quarantine. Almost everything since is on Clearance now! They're restocking soon. Great buys & nice to be able to find good buys!

Can always find what I need. These stores are my absolute favorite for quality clothing at affordable prices

I like Ross because there are days you go in and find great clothes and other items cheap. The clothing is pretty cool and affordable. Cleaner than most other Ross stores. Security also.

Ross has some of the best variety of items for a cheap price and is always a number 1 location for me to buy anything that can be found there, overall it's a great store for basically everybody.

So much stock! Usually when I go to Ross a lot of selves are empty but this one tends to always have really nice things for everything!

Before this visit, I'd only been to a Ross once in CA. I was at this Vancouver store on a Saturday and it wasn't crazy busy, which made getting around the store easier. There was a nice selection of everything. The store was bright and clean I bought clothes for myself and my little granddaughters, kitchen stuff, and home decor. I spent $254 but it would have been more somewhere else. I thought their prices were reasonable. The young lady that checked us out was super sweet. They get new product in every day. I'll definitely shop there more often.

Natalie, one of the sales associates helped me decide what clothes looked best on me. Her help was much appreciated since I didn’t go with any of my friends to get their opinions. It was last minute shopping before Valentine’s Day. I wanted to look good on my date. Thank you Natalie!

SO much to choose from. The store is kept stocked and there were so many more options at this Christmas time. Paolo was very kind, professional, and quick during check out. Do you love it? I love it. I bought it at Ross!

I’ve had good experiences here. The lines are never too long, the staff is friendly and even returns are hassle free. Good job managing this store.

Favorite Ross that I so far have found. Totally worth my drive to find amazing finds at a great price!!! Customer service is always great each time my kids and I come in!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable additionally they processed my returns quickly without issue. This location does seem to have a pretty good selection although coming from Oregon it is a little disappointing to have to pay sales tax. I found quite a few things I wasn't able to find elsewhere that though. Larkin doesn't seem to be a problem and the lines seem to move quickly, so you aren't in a queue very long.

Dressing room still closed, bummer but makes total sense. I can return items if they don't fit. Cashier was wearing gloves, sheild between me and them. And I was encouraged to use hand sanitizer provided before and after using the keypad to pay. Also we were counted for keeping track of the number of occupants to maintain a safe shopping environment. Great safety measures in place and great items available as always.
