Jacob provided us with excellent service and resolved all of our issues in a timely manner. His experience and knowledge should not go unnoticed, our experience would have taken significantly longer without his assistance. 10/10 5 Star Performance.

Its the people that make an establishment great...it's people like Jacob that makes me think about what customer service is really about. Most of us are so muted to an excellent customer service that we only complain about bad ones.... well I have a compliment. If you are in the market for cell ohone service...go see Jacob at this location. I will too..as soon as my contract expires on my service. Thank you Jacob...🙏🙏🙏

I went to this location with an issue that I’ve been trying to resolve four weeks after being on the phone with customer service for hours and the issue still did not get resolved. I went to this location And Jacob greeted me and asked if he can help me and He took care of my issue called customer service and was very patient and resolved my issue and got everything I needed to get done. Very friendly, and is there to help the customers. I will definitely ask for him. Next time I go to this location.

This is the best customer service and experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. Diego was so knowledgeable and was thorough with everything. I would recommend coming to this store and asking for Diego.

Jacob and Abi were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond helping me get a plan, and they stuck with me even when we were having a super hard time trying to transfer my number! They deserve the biggest raise or bonus or both!

Jacob is a wonderful employee! When my mother and I were unable to get the phone we were after due to the store being picked clean for the holidays, Jacob went out of his way to help us find a nearby AT&T store that DID have the phone we were after. Kudos to a great employee! :)

Jacob was so kind and explained everything very well. We added a line and internet and he was able to keep our bill the same price. Best experience I’ve had at an ATT store.

i was extremely satisisfied with isiah from millplain ATT&T branch’s ability to make buying a new iphone 15 pro max & setting it up via “PHONE TO PHONE” transfer quick & easy. he thoroughly explained different financial approaches of buying a new iphone, his customer service along with technical skills really helped getting my old broken iphone 13 information transfered over to my beautiful new iphone 15 pro max, 10/10 would recommend this branch!
