Urban Outfitters

I was in Columbia for a couple of days for a training for work. The training was held walking distance from the hotel where I was staying and along the way we passed this Urban Outfitters. (Visited twice in one day, during a break and then after the training because I was indecisive lol). The store was nice and clean, and had a variety of cute clothes and items. A bit pricey, however the clothes are great quality so you get what you pay for. The star of the show are the workers. Customer service was top tier and everyone was so welcoming, nice, and helpful.The only person's name that I got was the manager Justin. He was so helpful and even though I was indecisive, on picking a pair of cargo jeans, he was patient and I was able to find the perfect pair for the homecoming tailgate. Even the girls working the dressing room were very nice and helpful. I used to work in retail and I have not seen customer service as good as this in a while. Will be back again.

I don't typically like to shop for myself because I never know what looks good for me, but I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan came to the rescue. He helped me so much and I am very grateful for his inputs. Will definitely shop here again!!

From the sales girls to the leadership everyone is very helpful. They are there fir their customers. The leadership is so great it funnels down to their employees. Thanks for making my visit to your store always very welcoming. From Florida to New England to NYC

My teen age daughter loves to shop here. They have the latest styles and great quality clothing. Staff were very helpful and so nice.

Nice employees, always have pretty good deals in the sales area and a wide variety of products. A smaller urbanoutfitters than other places around but still very nice.

Um.... excuse me? I think I have already heard about this place. I actually knew about this place before any of you! I am just someone who is really, like, able to, like, pick up on vibes and stuff brahhh. This Urban Outfitters was here because they probably knew I was here and they wanted to say hello to me.

They had things for almost everybody .There wasn't anything there in my style but my style is more Hot Topic.

Nice Urban Outfitters. They know how to decorate for sure. Instant camera film is behind the counter if you're looking for it!
