The UPS Store

This UPS Store is always busy. It has ingress and egress from both Gervais and Lady St. I’ve been pleased with the service I received but when it’s busy you may have to wait a little longer than usual. The people seem to hustle to get their work done.

I wish I could give Ben more stars. I am a frequent at this UPS store and am not the best at shipping packages! He makes the process so easy and I am always greeted with a smiling face. I accidentally chose the Whole Foods store for an Amazon return and had no idea. Ben kindly explained what I had done and exactly how to fix it. Owning a small business has its difficulties but people like Ben make it so much easier to ship products out.

If I could, I would give Sean and Landon more stars!! Their help was invaluable to me!! I'm an older lady who needed assistance with copying and faxing, even though I didn't ask for help. Sean asked me if I would like for him to show me how to copy, and he ended up copying almost eighty pages for me!! He was so nice and patient with me the whole time. He also offered more help if I needed it. Then, Landon answered a lot of questions that I had regarding pricing and delivery times. Both men had big smiles on their faces, and they couldn't have been nicer. The whole time I was there, I felt very respected, and they both made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I have never had that kind of service anywhere. I look forward to going back, because I know that I will be treated very well, and I'll have help if I need it!! I would definitely recommend this location for amazing and excellent service!!! Thank you so much!!

This was the fastest and most friendly experience I've ever had at a UPS store. I was in & out with excellent service on a Thursday afternoon during rush hour down town.

Although it was busy as could be Dominic went above and beyond on his service. Made me feel like there was no rush and made sure I was well informed about the entire process. It was much appreciated. This man should be promoted ASAP

Sent my mother a card and package for her birthday today. I was helped by the nicest young man sam Copley. I asked for his name because he was so sweet. Great place and great employees. The process was so easy and well explained. It's hard to find help these days but this store has it! God bless.

The employees are a great help very nice and patient. They're pretty good at remembering there customers and their needs.

Chris was a gentleman very polite in very curious.. I like young men who carry. They self very professionally in any establishment.

I spoke with Rachel several times in order to arrange shipping for an item from an auction house that I bought. She was great and after I gave her information on the lot I bought, they emailed me an estimate and I called and then got some forms to complete which I returned. It was just extremely efficient. They are going to pick up the item from the auctioneers. I even had to call back because I was not sure what credit card I gave them (I had to cancel one due to enormous fraudulent charges). They looked it up and fortunately, I gave them my other card. Rachel was very patient and helpful.

From entering the facility and all the way until the shipment arrived at my parents home in Canada, I received excellent support and help. The owner called to give me the option to pay the customs duty in advance which I did. For whatever reason the delivery
person still kept trying to collect the duty and wouldn't release the deliver to my family during the multiple deliver attempts. I called to get assistance from the store and the owner stayed on top of it and followed up with UPS and ensured it was delivered.

I have been to this UPS a few times, but most recently I was shipping 11 boxes of various shapes, sizes, and weights because I am moving across the country. Everyone in the store was very helpful, especially Nathan who with a smile measured and weighed each box and helped me get insurance set up so I didn't have to worry while my my packages travel. I highly recommend this store to anyone trying to ship a package out of Columbia, SC. Thanks Nathan.

I have been box holder at this location for 13 years, and I have 2 boxes for business. The service and Management at this location is top notch. It is pleasure to visit store each morning to retrieve mail, use printers and scanners, send documents through UPS, etc.. the employees are very helpful, and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and organized. Will continue my service here for many more years.

Best shipping experience ever! Bobby at the Gervais Street store was awesome! He was extremely helpful and made sure my package was properly packaged so it would arrive safely! He was great! I will use the UPS store again most definitely because of his super customer service!

This store amazed me. Jane D, the manager, amazed me. So fast. So efficient! I was unprepared on how to return my Amazon packages. She had me upload the Amazon app, suggested I take screenshots of the return codes beforehand.
She was very patient with me as I had to wait a long time to upload because they didn't have wifi. (A good suggestion!!)
Jane was like lightning. I watched every employee there extend awesome service while having a great attitude. I actually can't wait to return.

After 8 years of helping me with my business needs they have never failed to excel. Jane is always working at a frantic pace, great worker. Jasari is the heart of the store. The new "kids" Danielle & Cameron seem to be good people as well. I recommend this Store highly. Oh, and Maryam, the owner is always friendly.

I went yesterday to mail three packages in-state. Ethan assisted me with this, and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, engaging, friendly, an absolute delightful young man. I highly recommend this location on Gervais Street.

Stopped by today to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon. Tyler helped me, he made everything very quick and easy. Great service!
