One Source Medical Group

Just simply bad customer service and very poor communication.

This organization sent medical supplies to my elderly father without clearing the price with us first like they said they would. They are billing him over $100 for something he doesn’t need or want and was never ordered by us. We have called several times to return the items. Have been hung up on and threatened to send my 80 year old father to collections.

Today I was notified by dad’s insurance that, among other things, One Source charged the insurance $161.97 for a 90 day supply of alcohol wipes. For that money Dad could buy enough off of Amazon to bathe in alcohol wipes til his dying day and still have leftovers.

One Source represents everything that is wrong with US healthcare. They are fraudulent scamming crooks.

Never communicated to providers about a CPAP ordered for my fiancé. Been waiting three months after ordering before we decided to go with another company.
