The ladies here are so kind and helpful! Kathy and the cashier (I didn't catch her name. She was working around 10:30am Dec 11th) were simply wonderful. Thank you ladies and Merry Christmas!!!

The young lady greeted us she was so sweet helpful respectful. Took the time to show us where some of the items were that we were looking for. Then she checked us out with a smile and always Thanking us and always come back and shop at Big Lots. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Deep discounts here. Good for my business. I come here to buy good quantity towels made from India for my Embroidery business. Love it.

Bought a new sofa, loveseat and matching chair. The Mesa collection. You can't find the chair online, have to go to the store.

This set is very comfortable. It looks like leather but is not. It's made with microfiber made by Simmons. It isn't cold like leather at all. Once you sit on it and recline, you'll feel like sleeping in it. Beautiful furniture set and we'll made!

Wish they had more furniture on display. The gentleman and his sister were so nice & sweet. The gentleman was so customer oriented and professional while we looked thru catalogs trying to find the perfect couch for our home. Thank you again for your friendly service.

I had a great time. BL had so much more than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stuff for the pool and kids as well as party items. Stock up on beach towels that were at a good price!

I had such a great experience here!! Aaron was. SO attentive, multi tasked and enjoyed what he did. He always smiled and saved me a ton of cash due to his knowledge of the stores programs, value rewards, etc. He even called another store so I could pick up some other items and walked me to the front of the store due to having 2 buggies of items. The display of maturity and enthusiasm seen today was refreshing: I will definitely be coming back to this location although I live quite a distance away.

Big Lots isn't everyone's cup of tea but I enjoy shopping there now that they have remodelled their stores. It's one of my favorite places to buy holiday related outdoor decorations. No matter what you are celebrating, they have a great assortment of colorful yard art, lights, cushions, window gels, and door decorations --- all reasonably priced. It's just a fun place to shop.

We went in to purchase a couch set and we were having a bit of trouble trying to find a specific couch in stock and the sales lady and I'm guessing floor guy helped us out immensely! Although a piece of the couch was at another store they gladly placed an order for us so that they could both be together at the store and delivered to us as a whole! Very helpful indeed, thank you!

We wanted a recliner chair and Jon was so helpful to us and even assisted us with loading into our vehicle. Very happy with the shopping experience today thanks to Jon!

Bought the light brown with dark brown bottom Mesa Collection living room set. Got the sofa, loveseat and chair. Every piece reclines except for the middle seat of the sofa. The chair and the love seat not only recline, they are also glider rockers. Made from microfiber cloth by Simmons is wonderful. Looks like leather but is a very soft cloth that feels great. Love this living room set. Best set I have ever owned. Feels, acts and works great at a price you would expect to cost 3 times the price. I paid just under $1300 for the whole set. The people at this location are very friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience!

This is a great well kept secret especially the one on San Pedro - they usually have the best lights for different occasions and they have great decorations for all the different holidays at some of the best prices! I always start my shopping here! And they have some pretty great furniture also!

Very neat and organized. Though at 1st glance, store front looked so plain and bare, it almost looked like it was going out of business and all I saw was light fixtures, until I saw 1 person go in. Then I decided to go check it out. I remember visiting maybe a year or so ago and was quite different. It had more items/products in store and store front was def NOT bare. No sign of Christmas or Thanksgiving😞

Place was nice, had lots of furniture and Christmas items. Bought a entertainment center with fireplace and the man that helped me was really nice. Checkout lady had great customer service and they have military discount with military ID.

This store has gone through a fabulous transformation!! Very clean, organized and welcoming! Always great prices and surprising merchandise. A must check if you are looking for a specific item.

Really surprised to walk in and things be in order and clean! The new upgrades are definitely helping keep the place up to date! It was starting to feel like a Texas thrift store! 🤮
