Sundowner RV Park

I really enjoyed staying at Sundowner. It’s was super peaceful and picturesque. The sunsets were amazing, and we loved walking to the back wooded area to sit and just talk. The faculty are welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. I love that there are storage units here. I used it as my walk-in closet, my huge walk-in closet haha. The entire park is super clean, and so are the restrooms. Another perk was that it felt like a gated community. Having a gate code was great as well. It made for an experience that felt safe. Wonderful RV park. Extremely quiet, well-maintained and full of amenities such as laundry, two shower rooms and a mailroom (with cameras) for packages. Zach was fantastic to deal with from day one. We had very fast WIFI included and had great neighbors. Highly recommend this place. They also do background checks and have a gate which made us feel more comfortable as parents.

One of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at. Very quiet. Grounds are clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed using the dog park and communal fire pit. Zack provided exceptional customer service. He quick to respond and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice clean and quiet space. Lots of room to maneuver, landscaping was great and pretty to look at. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and they have internet provided at the post. The internet was slower than my t-mobile hotspot, but still something that other's don't always have. Two dog parks - large and clean, reminded me of a public dog park provided by a city. Laundry and showers were super clean, and checkin was smooth even after hours.

Community hang out spaces provided with an amazing fire pit, pergola, and comfy chairs.

Only real drawback is that the sewer connections are higher than the pads, meaning sh&t has to roll uphill. That doesn't work out too well for disconnects.

We camped here in a 45' Class A.

The park is super clean and having a security fence /gate was a plus! The manager has great customer service skills which is hard to find these days!!! I will definitely choose this park again. The only change needed is a sign on the country road to tell you to go on past the No outlet sign to let you know you are on the right road!

I sure can't complain about anything here. Nice sites, staff, Zach, was just awesome. We had truck trouble and didn't get till just after 1:00 am but everything was just as Zach said. Nice level lot, good wifi. Nice apperance throughout the park. If there was any issue it was outside the park and that is the road. Just a little rough. Great place to stop

We stayed at this RV park for 5 months. From the very first contact with Zach, the property manager to the check out day we were very satisfied with everything about this RV park. The park was always clean and the sites are spacious and accommodating. Very quiet area and friendly people. I do need to brag on Zach, the property. There was never a moment that we felt unwelcome by Zach. I had many questions and they were all pleasantly answered immediately. We were notified of anything going on in the property area. The check in/out was quick and easy. Thank you Zach, for your excellent customer service! We highly recommend this RV Park. Happy Campers!!!!!! 🥰

This place was so nice once we arrived. Gated and safe. Well maintained. A dog park too. They gave us a very nice welcome bag and it was recommendable.

We stayed a week at Sundowner and were quite pleased with the campground. Zach, the property manager was super helpful and friendly. We were given a modem with cable upon check in so that we would have reliable internet - what a great amenity. It was also nice to know that everyone was background checked and the campground was gated. The only recommendation I could make would be that the streets really need to be maintained better and the post for the gate code could be raised higher...it was not accessible from our truck - we had to get out to enter the code and get back in before driving through the gate.

Excellent RV Park. Good size lots, very quiet atmosphere. Owner & Office Manager are wonderful to work with & very accommodating. Large Dog Park, Individual Routers for all RV's with 5G. Beautiful, shaded area to sit and relax at any time at back of park. Washer/Dryer in 2 separate areas of the park along with Showers. A cluster mailbox system which you are assigned a key if you choose to receive mail.
We made some good friends and enjoyed our 6 months very much. Definitely will stay again.

We loved staying here! Can’t wait to come back! Beautifully maintained grounds that are gated and each lot has their own code. You also get your own WiFi router that you can password protect. Their rules are reasonable. The dog park is huge. We are going to come back in the fall so we can enjoy the outdoor fireplaces! There is plenty of space in between sites even in the cheapest ones where we stayed. The laundry and restrooms are super clean. The management is available and really nice. Can’t wait to come back!

This new park is going to be so beautiful when all the saplings grow. The laundry/bathroom facilities are always clean, thanks to the lovely ladies who come to clean up after us. The on site dog parks have much potential for play. If you're new to RV life, this is a great place to start. Really enjoyed our stay and we had plenty of space!

Sundowner is a great place to live. It's quiet and clean. Our only regret is that it's not paved; therefore, it's dusty and muddy. Other than that, great place to live. Thank you for the opportunity to live there.

I had a great experience at Sundowner! I initially selected for the location to my work and the security. I didn't spend many idle hours in the park, I did find all the residents to be respectful and outgoing. The staff went out of their way to facilitate my solo arrival and setup. Although I worked odd hours, the office made every attempt to handle my requests in a timely manner and always did it cheerfully. I have stayed at more posh locations, but the staff and residents really made my experience very positive.

Awesome place well managed and great lay out. Recommended to my family who were looking to stay in the area. Looking forward to coming back 😀.

Excellent customer service. Good power (123 volts during heat of day). Good water pressure. Full signal with Verizon. Very large lots, nice little wooded area with outdoor fireplace. Gated entry is a plus. I have a dog, the park lost power one day and owners sent everyone e a text letting them know. Power was back on in just a few minutes.. will stay again next time in area..

Sundowner RV Park was a lovely experience. The Park was clean, grass was manicured, the walking trails were pleasant, the price was reasonable and the guest/residents were all respectful. A router was provided for internet service and we had an excellent TV reception. The router deposit is $150, but it is refundable when returned in the condition it was received. We stayed at the park while attending a 3 week class in Allen, TX, which was only 24 minutes away. You can receive mail, UPS, FedEx and Amazon deliveries. The onsite laundry room has one washer and one dryer for $2 each and it is super clean and pretty much available when you need it. The doggie park is separated for large and small pups. We don't have pets, but I thought this was a nice amenity for those who do. Zach is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at Sundowner RV Park - we are sure to return!

Sundowner is a new RV park with gated entry and a beautiful country setting. It is very quiet here, management is so helpful and kind, and we rest easy knowing that everyone here on a weekly/monthly basis has had a background check. We have two kids and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and the lake is just a short walk away. The wifi is 10/10.

Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice park that is safe.

We stayed at Sundowner for 9 months - and only left because we decided to go on the road for a year traveling the US! We loved the quiet peace we were able to find at Sundowner - and amble yard and parking space were huge bonuses! The staff is friendly, responsive and so easy to work with! We would loved our time there and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. We stayed in site #55 by the dog park. Quiet place. Well maintained, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
