We had a delightful experience speaking with Frank this evening, who waited after hours for us to consult with him. Frank welcomed us like family and he is one of the most honest and knowledgeable person we’ve had the pleasure to meet. We appreciate all the help and advice he gave us and highly recommend anyone who is looking or inquiring to make a purchase meet with Frank. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Frank is awesome! He is caring and never pushy. Let's you go as fast or slow as you want. It has been a great experience! Can't wait to be in our new home 😍

My fiancé and I came in to the office knowing almost nothing about getting a mobile home. Frank helped us with so much that and really made the whole process simple and easy. The appreciation that we have for Frank is out of this world!

Frank was very helpful and informative, showed us beautiful homes and even helped keep our kids happy with some toys and colors while we talked business. I would definitely recommend coming out and taking a look at what they offer.

Had a really good experience especially when talking to Frank, he was helpful through the whole process even when he didn’t need to be. He’s the man that’ll get stuff done.

Frank, my salesman, was absolutely great. He was extremely accommodating and patient with me as I bought my mother her home. He was available to take my calls or texts any time of the day, and even on his days off, he would respond to my questions. Even after closing the sale, Frank was still, by far, the most attentive employee of all the folks I had to work with to get my mother’s home purchased and set up. Honestly, if not for him, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I knocked off 2 stars because the rest of the process has been a nightmare. From how slow the rest of the team was with coordinating utility hookups, etc, to now, nearly 6 weeks after closing on the loan, still not having the home fully operational, it’s a completely unacceptable timeline. I had to temporarily move my mother in with family far away from her job, so she ended up losing her job, even though I allotted 2 full months after selecting the house to complete the process, apparently that wasn’t enough time to make the home livable. The ac was just hooked up 5 weeks post-closing and we’re still waiting on the gas lines.

Honestly, Frank is the ONLY reason I didn’t lose my mind going thru this, because he is the only one who constantly kept in contact with me, who would call me back when he said he would. Everyone else was “oh I sent an email”...or “well they haven’t called me back.” Frank would actually be far more proactive, even though it was no longer even his lane.

I recommended Frank to my sister and brother in law since they’re in the market for a home. Though I honestly think he should take his amazing customer service skills elsewhere. Customer service like the one he provides is very hard to find.

Unfriendly. I never plan to return. The salesman acted like he didn't want to sell to me. Didn't appear to like me because I'm white.
