Went to Napa to get some bolts for a bumper replacement on my '05 Durango, as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hello. A salesperson named Amado helped me, offered to look at my truck to make sure that's what I needed..turns out I didn't . He and another guy even offered to replace bumper for me there at the store. In between of helping me with my Durango, he also answered customer phone calls and helped them as well. I'm grateful for Amado and this other man for putting their time and effort to make sure my bumper was put on the right way. :) I will choose to come to this store before any other, that's for sure! #GetTheNapaKnowHow
