Ok, Jaquan is absolutely AWESOME!!!
I drove from Houston and sat in their parking lot for 2 hours. Waiting on my daughter to clean out storage and move things back to Amarillo. He was kind and helpful, even in my frustration...
Unfortunately, she had a lot of water damage to her things, and it was definitely a disappointing and difficult situation. He quickly afforded assistance and called mngmnt to get the number for her insurance claim. He was kind, prompt, and definitely put my concerns to rest! AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!!

I had a great experience with Beatrice when I picked up my 17” truck. She was very kind, helpful and addressed all my concerns with excellent customer service. I highly recommend their services.

We stopped by on Saturday, needing propane for an RV in advance of this cold spell. Turns out everyone else showed up there too. Gotta give a special shout out to Roz at the tank because she was on top of everything and kept that line moving - a whole lot of families got to stay warm because she was out in the cold in her camo overalls filling everyone up.

OK so it's actually about their customer service representative Suzanne. I really liked her, she didn't make the whole thing feel clinical it felt like talking to a well informed friend.

With two week notice, I rented a 20' truck for a one-way trip to Dallas. The guy who processed my order and prepared the truck was very helpful: many thanks!

So great!! There was a problem with my hitch wiring and the main guy (bad with names but its whoever was there right at 7am when they opened on a tuesday) really went above and beyond to help me fix it. Honestly saved my entire move! It was also my first time towing anything and he was very good about informing me on what to expect. As someone that moves a lot, u-haul is already a godsend but I appreciate this one even more because I know it was completely unnecessary and unexpected to stop and help me instead of just asking me to have someone look into it and come back later in the day.

I dropped off Friday around 6 pm. A young man, I believe Brandon helped me. He was polite, professional, and quick to get me out of the cold! Definitely appreciated his customer service!

I had a reservation for a hitch installation at another site. I arrived early and waited in a long line. Once it was my turn the representative told me the reservation was the day prior. I had an email with the date I made but to no avail. They offered me another day with all day drop off. I took the reservation but drove up to this location. I have used them multiple times before. The staff were wonderful! They are professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. They moved me right in without a fuss and I was done in an hour! Kudos to this crew! You have my business and high recommendation! Thank you!!

Went there to get a U-Haul and received quick and excellent customer service from Fari. She understood I was in a stressful situation and said she would get me out quick and no problem. She did an awesome job with everything. I will definitely be coming back to the store to see her and shop.

Had a really good experience here. They made the process of renting the truck super easy. And the day I picked up the truck one of your staff members,Tyler, made my day. He was so sweet and so helpful. I wish him all the best. 10/10 will be back again.

I literally just came for the 45 gallon plastic clear bags and the gentleman, Tristan C. (I believe that’s his name since it’s on my receipt) bagged the plastic bag rolls for me. He even double bagged them. This is the FIRST time anyone from UHaul cares to make my experience easier. Thank you Tristan! You deserve more than five stars. Talk about great customer service!!

I just had a great experience here with Felix. I am not someone who uses a U-Haul trailer all the time so my "newness" keeps me from knowing procedures and requirements. Felix was patient, friendly and helped me a great deal. Personal service is what you look for and in my case, what I needed, in order to make the right decisions on my rental. It's people like Felix that will keep me coming back every time I need a service that they offer. Thanks!

This Uhaul location is awesome! Ben the manager is amazing and his entire staff is great. I've been a customer off and on 5 years. Ben makes sure everyone gets what they need. The location is always clean, good lighting, and I feel my belongings are safe. Kudos to this location/staff!!

Joshua Wilson and Christopher Bauer were Splendid. We had some major issues with another company and also an over the phone UHaul Rep, but thankfully these guys, as well as Patrick for having larger than life personalities and Sense of humors. They acknowledged our day and trying times, was then was able to lighten the mood and fix the issues. We are not San Antonio residents, so we will not be back to this location, but if you are local. They Rock!

Joshua Wilson is the man! My wife and I bought a house, and decided to use this U-haul location. I've used it in the past for moving to a different apartment, and was unimpressed. But a lot has changed (including staff since a few years ago). It would be impossible to have received better customer service than what Joshua provided. Quick, extremely helpful and completely thorough. We both appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us with every detail. We will recommend this location to our friends for sure.

They were fast and efficient, in checking us out. The restroom was very clean, ( that might seem like a silly comment, but it's important ). Our truck return, was great as they checked over the vehicle, and allowed fir east payment. Will definitely use this site again.

Excellent service today over the phone with Vincent at this location. He helped us find the right truck on short notice. Great service is rare these days so we very much appreciate the time he took and his courteousness to us during this stressful time!
