Allen is the BEST person to help you out when looking to buy or sell. He’s punctual, detailed and most of all treats you like family. No matter the hurdle, he will inform you of all the options and think of your best interest. We all know buying or selling a home is no easy feat. He helped me buy my first home years ago which was a great experience so I knew he was the perfect guy to call back when selling my home. Last week I finalized the Sale of the home and he yet again exceeded my expectations!

I have never bought a house and was extremely nervous and knew nothing about the entire process. Allen Lu was absolutely my saving Grace. He was so patient and kind. I could text him whenever and ask him whatever and he would reply immediately and if he didn’t know he would find out asap. He was extremely helpful and comforting and I can guarantee you I would not have made it through without him. He is a plethora of professionalism in the highest. Allen helped me purchase my first home and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We were a little anxious at first since our apartment lease was coming up for expiration and we weren't sure if we would have enough time to find the right place but Allen was able to quickly survey the areas to find plenty of options for us. Not only that, he was able to accommodate our busy work schedules for property tours.

Allen put us in our dream house! After a few listings a particular house caught our eye. I told him that we had to have that house. He told me he was going to take care of it and that he’d stop at nothing to ensure we would get it. We are on our 2nd year and am still in love with the house!
