Ideal Dental Garland

An uncomfortable situation…made comfortable is how I will sum up my experience with Ideal Dental Garland. Quite honestly, I dread going to the dentist for any reason - but, I do go because I know it’s necessary for my health. What makes this experience a little more comfortable, and a little less dreaded is the staff at Ideal Dental Garland.

The ladies in the office are always so sweet and professional regardless, if you’re calling or if you’re there in person. I think I’ve met them all by now, including the lady that does the accounting in the back! Dr. Thomas is young and like a breath of fresh air! She’s a good dentist with a gentle hand. I really like all of the dental assistants and the rest of the staff, too. I think you’ll be made to feel both welcome and at ease - my family and I have been going here for years! I hope it works out for you as well as it does for us!

I absolutely loved my experience here! The whole staff is so kind and caring. Miss Deb is such a sweet lady and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of getting new patients set up for their dental care. Dr. Mikheil is absolutely brilliant and positively charismatic. He is the epitomy of efficiency. Miss Felicia is a pro when it comes to time management, making sure to all take the time needed to go over every detail and answer any questions. She does all this while making you feel genuinely cared for. Andrea is upbeat, compassionate, and driven to do what is necessary for each patient, and does so at the highest level. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at this dentist’s office and had a positive experience overall. The staff was friendly and professional, putting me at ease throughout the procedure. The dentist did a fantastic job, ensuring minimal discomfort during the extraction. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this place for anyone in need of wisdom teeth removal.

Today was my first time visiting Ideal Dental and it was a wonderful experience! The staff made me feel right at home, I will be making this my dentist home. A huge shout out to Mary Hamilton!!!! Thank you guys so much! 10/10 highly recommended!!

I have been coming to the Firewheel location for 2 years and have come a long way in my dental journey. The hygienist Debbie and doctors are rockstars and they’ve treated me with the most patience knowing my aversion to the sounds of the machines. Thank you for helping me and being kind/genuinely caring about the health of my teeth.

My daughter had her cleaning scheduled and the experience was great. They followed up prior to the appointment, explained the process and also were patient with all my questions. My daughter had a great experience and glad we found our new dentist.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. I was not great about taking care of my teeth before coming here and they never made me feel bad about it. I take excellent care of my teeth now and it is 100% because of their kindness and encouragement. Honestly, this is not hyperbole, going to the dentist makes my day better. They truly care about their patients. Every interaction has been excellent, from the front desk, the hygienist, and the dentists. I am eternally grateful for the incredible people that do such a great job of helping me take care of myself.

AMAZING experience the entire team from the front desk, to my cleaning and fillings were amazing. They went above and beyond to get me in and even got an approval letter from my Doctor that I didn’t know I needed. Just an overall 10/10 experience.

Loved my experience! The staff was very inviting and the manager was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable insured I understood the whole process.

Everybody there was so nice. From the front staff being helpful with checking me in and then helping me with setting up a payment plan. To the person who was getting me in the room setting everything up and making sure I was completely comfortable. To the dentist and assistant to constantly asked if I was OK and did a fabulous job without any pain.

Did my yearly exam, Mary was great!!! 😁Told me exactly what she was going to do, answered my questions and completed my deep cleaning, polish and a new service they provide, oral cancer screenings!!! Excited about that. It was quick and gave you immediate results.

Shout out to Dr. Thomas and Mary😁 😁did my cavities with no numbing!!!! Walked me through the procedure and constantly checked to make sure I was okay.

My treatment plan included night guards didn't want them but need to do whats best for my teeth.

Had a great experience, just making a dental appointment gets my blood pressure up, everyone was super nice. Dr. Joseph was wonderful, explained what all needed to done, made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and even called to check on me. Service you don’t see very often these days.

Everyone was interested, polite and competent. The oral surgeon was proficient and kind. They sent me home with all necessary prescriptions. I would recommend this dental office to anyone needing dental surgery.

I have to say that the personnel at Ideal Dental Garland were very friendly, and the doctor well.she explained every thing very professionally to the point that I actually understood. I was hesitant to walk into the office at first but they put me at ease. Woooo feel good.
