All Vacuum

Joseph is the BEST! We live in Goliad County. There is no one near us that sells or services central vacuum systems. Our central vac “blew up” last week and we called Joseph. He came on a Sunday and installed a brand new MD vacuum for us. I am so happy with my new system. It’s much better than the one I had. It’s rare these days to find people who will go out of their way to help. Joseph is one of those who will. Thank you Joseph. You are the BEST!!!

Our central vac went out after 24 years. I have always enjoyed the central vac and wanted to get a replacement. Joseph was able to replace it for us. Bought a Sebo Felix Premium here today and couldn't be happier! It works much better than any Dyson or Shark I have ever owned and has a 10 year warranty to back it up. Powerful suction, long cord, brush roll on/off, perfect for a small apartment or house!

We "cold called" this business from the internet and could not have been happier with the results! Joseph immediately starting walking us through a troubleshooting sequence on our 20 yr old central vacuum unit. After about 3 steps, he knew the issue. He told us a replacement was on sale and we knew this was truly a discount from a little prior research. He then made a special trip to Fair Oaks Ranch the very next morning. After replacing the unit he then installed 3 outlets for us that were worn out and he only charged us for the main unit. Super nice guy and was constantly answering work calls while he was working. As former business owners, we could easily see this man cares about his customers and his reputation. Would give 6+ stars if we could.

I took an Oreck in for repair today and could not have been happier with the service. The brush roller was replaced on the spot at a very reasonable price. The gentleman politely suggested that I might want to purchase one of his new vacuum cleaners, but was not pushy at all. He was very nice and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend All Vacuum for any vacuum cleaner needs.

Had a part for my Dyson when no one else did including Dyson. I called and the gentleman had the part ready for me when I walked in. Very nice!

Had a wonderful central vacuum repair/replacement experience with Joseph Bieber! He was supposed to come check our unit next week, but called when he was in our area, so it was fixed four days before anticipated. I'm moving overseas this week due to a military move and my carpet shampooer fill tank had a valve come off of it. Joseph and his son looked tirelessly for a replacement tank, but didn't have one available. He called the Hoover dealer line and put me in contact with the warranty department (even though I didn't have my receipt with me). He was able to get Hoover to expedite a replacement tank to my house before we moved. He spent over 30 minutes assisting me even though I didn't spend any money at his shop. I went in to find someone who could tell me about a machine and not just read what I could read on the box. Joseph asked me about my house and my floors and my cleaning practices before he suggested a machine. I am very satisfied with my new vacuum and with with the way I was treated. I puchased a Sebo Felix recently. My daughter and I suffer from asthma and seasonal allergies and my old vacuum did not seem to be getting rid of dust in my home. I had a Shark Navigator which was bagless and came with the Hepa filter. I thought I was doing my family good by using that machine because of all the advertisements, but actually I was hurting us by not using a vacuum that requires bags! It seemed like there was dust everywhere all the time and no matter how much I vacuumed it came back usually by the next day. The Sebo has super suction power and dust does not escape. Joseph was really informative and gave a great demonstration and I am glad glad glad that I purchased this machine. I can tell there is less dust already in 2 weeks that I have had it. Joseph is a great guy....so HONEST. I never thought I would be so excited about owning a vacuum, but this has been a lifesaver...less wheezing and coughing and sniffles for us! Man let me tell you, I work for Criket and we have to vacuum the carpet every night and yesterday there is an incident where I stepped on The wire and the wire came completely loose from the vacuum. basically I had to fix it but I had to order online almost $60 a new wire I didn't know what to do so I called AllVacuum. Not only did they fix the vacuum but they cleaned it and made it look brand new like day one brand new all for $30! so basically he saved my job I literally left the vacuum there in the morning and it was done an hour or two later! and cricket has a social media app where we are keep in touch with each other and basically I I let everyone know that all vacuum is a place to go! If anyone gave this man a bad rating it's either because they (the customer)were disrespectful.
