CVS

Came in for a quick purchase for vitamins feeling sick and very under the weather. Self checkout froze during the middle of my purchase. JR, the CVS associate helped me complete my purchase at the counter. I think he could tell I wasn't feeling so great but he was genuinely happy to help and very friendly. Can't find that often these days!

I have to give a big THANK YOU to RICO. He is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond to ensure that my mom got her much needed prescriptions. The pharmacy had just closed and Rico walked back to the pharmacy to have a pharmacy employee send my mothers medication to a 24 hour pharmacy so I could pick it up for my mom. Thank you so much!!!

I have been having some tech issues over my prescriptions and I was very, very worried about getting the medications I needed in a timely manner. I tried doing what I could on the cvs app and online but all automated messages and the app would tell me my most important one would be ready in a few days, which would defeat the purpose on having them sent there (to try and have them ready ASAP by my Dr.). I felt awful about having to call them multiple times over the status of them throughout the day …with the same outcome of potentially taking longer than expected. The very next morning I called because my order was still processing (on the app/online 😔)and I knew the longer I waited the more concerned I would be about my health. I wanted to tell Herlinda thank you for being an angel at such early times of the day and informing me that I could pick up only a couple hours after my call. I have been going through a very rough patch lately, having to start new meds, and I can be at peace because of her aid. I know none of the employees are at fault for tech issues and they were very patient with me. Thank you for being part of a team I can trust and depend on when I need to!

I've been a regular monthly customer for 6 years now. They know me by name. Always friendly service. Rather than taking 2-3 hours to fill your prescription you are out of there in 15-20 minutes 95% of the time. If they are super busy 45 minute wait. Great work ethic, great customer service!

Pharmacy listened to me despite my doctor's discrepancies. I have recently moved here and was recommended a doctor who wasn't as thorough as my old doctor. They were thoughtful, courteous, and kind--understood I had moved here and was dealing with a lot. The pharmacist contacted my doctor and got everything straightened out for me. The pharmacist was peppy and made me feel comfortable in a situation that was totally not my fault. So awesome. Thanks CVS!

I love the CVS on Heebner and Eckert. I unfortunately have to deal with the medical center 24 hour CVS pharmacy and I can say that I get really poor service over there. However this pharmacy on Heebner and Eckerd are very consistent in their professionalism, their willingness to help, Going above and beyond, being caring and taking ownership to ensure customer satisfaction. I have to give extra credit to Robin, Who is always willing to provide alternatives and educate you on the process and or any delays. I rarely experience delays or long holds however I take advantage of the auto refills and I utilize the app on the phone to Eliminate any potential issues. I rarely try to get my prescriptions filled same day to allow the pharmacy time to fill them as I know that I am not the only customer getting prescriptions filled.
The only opportunity that I see with this pharmacy is that they are not a 24 hour pharmacy however That is not enough to impact the five stars that I give this pharmacy. Great job to the store thank you for all the service that you provide.

I experienced excellent customer service on the sales floor and at checkout. They are clean and found what I wanted. They were busy but quickly got the customers checked out and on their way.
I would definitely return to this CVS. I just happened to be in the neighborhood.

We went to take some prescription medication and our insurance card seems expired, Elisa from Pharmacy was very helpful and patient while we get the correct details from our service provider
