This is a wonderful place to have all your dental needs taken care of. The personnel is kind, professional and polite. The waiting area of the office is not large but cozy with free cold water, coffee, and Wi-Fi. The dental services are done well by highly qualified staff, and the use all modern equipment to make sure you get a wonderful treatment.

Dr. Jeong and her staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing patients with the utmost care. With keen attention to detail, they handle precautions with little to no margin of error, resulting in pain-free procedures!

It is always a complete pleasure to visit Willow! The staff are all very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional yet fun. Dr. Jeong did a fantastic job addressing my dental issues and giving aftercare advice to maximize my dental health. Couldn't possibly recommend anyone better!!!

As always, great care and wonderful communication. We love this office and would never take ourselves our children or our parents anywhere else. It can be hard to find a good dentist but we need look no further.

Great experience! I hadn't been to the dentist since 2006 due to a bad experience at another dentist. However, I was forced to go because of dental pain. This practice doesn't try to upsell, has reasonable prices, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. Dentist was very gentle and handled my fears without making me feel cowardly. When I moved to the Murphy- Wylie area is was imperative to find a very good pediatric dentist for my children's dental care. After asking for recommendations on a few social media platforms, Willow Family Dentistry kept popping up in my recommendations. I decided to set my first appointment, and four years later I am still with this dental practice. From the front office staff to the check out process, the experience is exceptional. As a matter of fact, the experience before going into the office is exceptional because they will always call/text to verify information- there is no surprise or ridiculous wait times when you get there. The front office staff is always cheerful and I cannot tell when either of them is having a bad day. As for the Dentist, Dr. Jeong, her bed-side manner is exceptional. Dr. Jeong listens to the parent's concerns and simplifies terms of treatment and after care. She has a good sense of humor and is very easy-going with kids. I will continue to bring my kids here and I plan on becoming a patient sometime in the future. I am glad they offer a range of services and treatments to adults and not only kids. Give them a call! It will be worth your time and experience.

Awesome Dentist! Dr. J really cares and the staff does too! My son had an accident that caused him to break 2 front teeth on a Saturday night and come early Sunday morning she opened up to do dental surgery. (When their office was closed) I had called so many dentist in our area and no one would return my call or get him in! Dr. J was the only one! We are so thankful for her! Best Dentist ever!

We love Dr. Jeong! She is so nice and thoroughly explains everything. Great with my kids as well as myself. She is very patient and we never feel rushed. The dental assistants and office help are so friendly and helpful.
