Good morning,
Yesterday I visited W.O.W. for the first time to get a waxing done on my back and shoulders. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Rachael and a coworker prior to my waxing.

Moments later, Leah came out and introduced herself to me, and took me into one of the rooms to prepare me for the waxing. Not only was Leah professional. She was a great conversationalist. The wax took less than 30 minutes and I consider the service very affordable.

In my opinion, Leah is the ambassador of the WOW brand.

I had the pleasure of receiving multiple services from the talented esthetician, Linda, and each experience was exceptional.

Beginning with a Brazilian wax, Linda’s expertise and professionalism were evident. The process was efficient and surprisingly not as painful as expected. She paid great attention to detail and even went the extra mile to do a clean-up when she noticed some stubborn areas that didn’t get waxed initially.

Following the Brazilian wax, I opted for a vajacial treatment, which left me feeling rejuvenated. Linda’s gentle touch and attention to detail made the experience both relaxing and effective. The results were outstanding, leaving my skin smooth and free from blemishes or ingrown hairs. Linda’s post-treatment advice was valuable in maintaining the results.

Concluding the trio of services, I had a brow waxing session with Linda. She ensured the perfect shape that framed my face beautifully. The experience began with a consultation, where she discussed my preferences and concerns, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout.

In all three services, Linda’s commitment to hygiene and her use of high-quality products were evident, providing a safe and sanitary experience. Her professionalism and expertise shone through, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Linda for these services, and I’ll definitely be returning for more sessions in the future.

I love coming here they do a great job. Every time they take their time, and your eyebrows always come out looking amazing!

Ladiesssss, book book book! After moving back to Dallas I was worried about finding a good quality wax place with good customer service. Your honeypot is sacred & you need someone who truly cares about your body & is knowledgeable about the products they use. Rachel has by far exceeded my expectations & I have been recommending everyone to her! Her personality is upbeat & she takes the time to truly make you feel comfortable & relaxed. She is making some amazing updates to the menu & interior of the wax center. It gives very chic vibes like going to brunch but to get your honeypot some TLC.

Now fellas, they haven’t forgot about yall! Stop by, call, whatever floats your boat and speak with Rachel about what services they have available. Who doesn’t like a man who also does self-care?

W.O.W is a 100% fitting name for this place! The staff are all so professional and friendly! I scheduled my Brazilian with Rachel solely based off her reviews and I am so glad I did! She was absolutely AMAZING! She makes you feel very comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable. The wax was PAINLESS and crazy fast, I was in and out in 20 minutes! I would highly recommend this location and Miss Rachel to everyone I know!

Kacie is EVERYTHING!!! I’ve been coming for a couple of months and have learned so much from her. She’s very professional and she really connects with her clients.

Rachel does such an amazing job that I went from being a once or twice a year bikini waxer (only for big beach vacations) to getting a monthly membership.

The location is great - always clean. The staff are very friendly. Rachel puts you at so much ease that you almost forget you're having your hair follicles ripped out haha

I did my Brazilian wax with Jasmine and she was the best!!!! I can’t get over how smooth and painless it was. I have done my Brazilian before and this time was way better. She made me feel comfortable and was so nice!! I recommend her a 100%!

Desperately needed a Brazilian & saw they had a special for $35 for first time guests. Went in & Luvia took great care of me! She really made me feel comfortable during the whole thing by never having a dull moment. She ensured several times that I was doing great, as it is a bit painful. It was quick (40 mins) & everything was very clean. I will definitely go back & book with her for my next appointment!

I love Rachel at the Dallas location. She is very professional, knows her stuff, and makes you feel very comfortable. I love her so much, I drive 52 min to get my wax done! I've been amazed with the results from my Brazilian that I started getting my underarms too.
