Olivia and Dr Nya Gillmartin were so great with Finnlee. They both were so patient with her and didn’t rush Finnlee. Gave Finnlee time to relax and not be so anxious. I so appreciate that they took the time with her and knew this 1st visit wasn’t the time to do shots or trim nails. They also referred me to Synergy for behavioral therapy and meds. A better fit for her that the training that I had her set up at Sit Means Sit. I am giving Finnlee every possible opportunity to be a good dog. She will be staying with my daughter for awhile so my other dog doesn’t have to live in fear in her own house. I am praying this will give both dogs a wonderful life.
Thank you so much for letting me cry and express my sadness for Finnlee and not wanting to give her up. She is such a sweet girl one on one! ♥🐶♥

Our pets have been patients at Orchard Hills Animal Hospital since we moved here 3.5 years ago. We have been very happy with the care our dogs and cats have gotten at Orchard Hills. The vets are knowledgeable, the staff is very friendly and clearly love animals, and everyone is patient with us. The new clinic is also fantastic!

I searched around for a vet my two new dogs. I feel so blessed that they had an opening and we chose them. What amazing service through the whole process. They called several times before the appointment to get any records or information about Brooklyn and Millie. The level of care and kindness from the appointment setting to the follow up calls was amazing. On the day of the appointment the person who came to my vehicle to get them was so kind and friendly. My phone visit with the vet was so thorough, informative and not rushed. I felt heard. Thank you for such fantastic care for my babies, it is appreciated.

Everyone there is extremely nice and the nurses had no problem at all explaining anything if we were a bit confused or concerned. Our pup’s surgeon was absolutely amazing. Get her in for surgery about 2 weeks sooner than was originally planned and that alone was a blessing! 100% hand down the best vet atmosphere I’ve ever been around! Highly highly recommend.

They are friendly, and we can always get in when we need to. They give discounts on certain bills when they can. Just a nice place to visit. Brand new building.

We came in for an emergency visit with our 5 year old French bulldog, who had eaten something toxic in the woods. When we arrived, the compassionate staff took our pup immediately and began helping her. During this terrifying ordeal, the staff continued to keep us updated and informed us on her condition and treatments.
We are so grateful for Orchard Hills AH and especially thankful for Dr. B, who guided us through this whole experience and made sure our girl was stable enough to be transferred to a 24hr hospital.

I accessed Orchard Hills for the first time last week and was very happy with their attention, kindness, and care. They have taken so much time to discuss my cats care and even to call me at home to check on him. Thanks Orchard Hills!

Dallas goes here for his quarterly "mani-pedi" Unfortunately, his stress requires him to need sedation. This last time, it took him a bit longer to get back to "himself". The staff took my concerns very seriously and had me bring him back in. The doc came in and did a complete check up to make sure he was OK. They answered all my questions and stayed there with us until we felt comfortable going home. I am very impressed with the quality of care my dog received and the genuine concern they showed us.

Orchard Hills is affordable and has the best service. My Goldendoodle is so happy to go to the vet, he practically crawls out the window once he realizes where we are. I am oh so grateful for this place! It’s worth the drive from Portland, for sure.

They have been our dogs' go to place for the nearly 19 years we've lived here. Everyone there genuinely CARES for your furry family members. We love them.

Amazing place to take your pet for the best care! They really took my concerns for my dog going under anesthesia seriously and never made me feel like I was asking to many questions or being too worried especially because my dog is a sighthound (greyhound) and can be sensitive to going under. They do the local greyhound rescue's medical care so that definitely put my mind at ease. 100% recommend!

Took in our family pet and was very happy with the treatment we received as a first time customer, especially considering we have a meathead of a pup.
Not knowing what to expect, the experience was actually easy. They communicated clearly what we needed to do for follow up care. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

We've taken both of our small breed dogs here. They always great and treat our pets with love and respect. Reward points are nice to help pay for check ups and the like. Their building is brand new and updated!

I love their staff! They explained everything they were doing in a way I wish they'd do at human clinics, and were gentle with my animal. I feel confident and comfortable with their handling of my cat, and will be keeping them on as my primary veterinarians.

First experience with this clinic. They fitted us in as an urgent visit the next day. My Jack Russell had a very sore tender right ear and after exam found to be a ruptured eardrum. He is slowly recovering and doing much better. Staff are kind, explanations of care given and discussed plan of action clearly, and excellent follow up. Great clinic.

Everyone worked together to give our cat Chloe excellent, compassionate care. Great vet, great technician, great experience. And... they were very kind to us people too! :)

The staff here take great care of my cats . They check in when they are unsure about my directions and are so gentle with them. I feel confident that if the Dr suggests a test or treatment that it is what needs to be done.
The arthritis medicine has turned my old boy into a teen again he's out getting into all kinds of trouble. Oh well at least he's not hurting and what did I expect naming him Trouble.
