The UPS Store

I stopped in here today to do a couple of Amazon returns. The two guys working were very friendly. The store looks great, well stocked with supplies. Plenty of parking.

Super fast and friendly service from Jazz. He helped me return a few Amazon packages. Very friendly and will be coming only to this ups store.

I was getting ready for a formal family wedding - ordering multiple outfits and options for every member of the family - a HUGE undertaking that involved lots of returns. Angelo was THE BEST - so patient, so helpful, so fast and competent. I can't say enough good things about this store and Angelo's phenomenal customer service.

I visit here on a regular basis for Amazon returns. Jazz always makes me feel welcome never judges me for my big stack of Amazon returns. Jazz is always in a positive mood and patient when I work my way through my stack of returns. The rest of the staff here is very patient as well. Look no further for an Amazon’s return location option. When I see others visit for normal shipping needs I notice staff here always take time to give them all the help they need even the folks that are a bit more on the needy side.

Washougal UPS is the best. I have used this location many times for various things and have always been happy with their customer service. Yesterday’s experience deserves a special shout out, I had exceptional service by Angelo who stayed late with out any complaint to make sure my transactions were completed correctly. It was very much appreciated.

James is awesome! I had several Christmas boxes to ship and the store was full but James and his associate kept everyone happy! I use this store all the time; they are always positive and helpful!

Late post but I just wanted to give Jaz and his crew the day before Christmas Eve a huge thank you!!!! Customer service was impeccable. They made the whole experience beyond enjoyable especially considering the hustle and bustle of the season. They had the whole entire store in an uproar of laughter!

I’ve always had a good experience here. Even during the holidays. Jazz was the only employee working on a Saturday (12/29/23), line was to the door, and he remained kind, helpful and extremely calm. They always go above and beyond.

We just moved to Ninebark apartments and I am glad we are so close to this UPS location!

The manager of this store, Jazz, is great. He took really good care of us. Just moved to the Ninebark apartments and we’re excited to work with Jazz again in the future.

I just went by the UPS store here in Washougal to get my flyers printed for my charity fundraiser. James gave me a 15% discount for the transaction! The customer service from all employees was speedy and they even had a sense of humor! Highly recommend!

This is a great location! Staff are friendly, very helpful with every question or concern. I mailed a valuable collection to a national museum recently and every item arrived safely and quickly.
