Had a great experience with Cameron at Verizon in Washougal. Left my phones with him so I could take my kiddo home for a nap and come back. Used email at home to continue helping me while I wasn’t present in store. Very flexible which was amazing while having 3 kids.

Cameron, was really personable and easy going! I had to get my phone fixed and he was really persistent and got it taken care of quickly. Definitely a lot better experience than what I received at their fourth plain location!

Jacob was very helpful in setting up our new phones and resolving some problems. He was very patient too. The manager, Reagan, was great to work with as well.

I had an awesome experience with Cameron and Reagan. Cameron was very patience while I was getting my info from my previous carrier. Very detailed on explaining what our new bill would look up. Reagan she was awesome on help with choosing the correct accessories for the phones. I really liked the vibe of the store and the associates.

Jacob helped me get everything set up and did a fantastic job. Ben was the first to help last week so props to both of these young men

Ben patiently helped us to transfer information from 4 devices and make sure everything was working well. He was easily reached on line using the stores email. Fabulous assistance for 2 over 70 tech users.

Reagan, the store manager was very knowledgeable from her past experiences and very courteous. We are older and she was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and she found some discount she could give to us. I would recommend her to anyone.

Ben was super helpful in walking us through upgrade options and the best way to maximize value for our plans. Time spent was efficient and easier than most experiences at providers.
