Steve and David really helped us out when our car needed a transmission. They quoted us a fair price and fixed our Subaru in less than a week. All-Wheel drive is not easy to work on, but they fixed it right. Really awesome service and very polite and nice to work with. I would highly recommend Integrity AutoWorks!

This is a great shop with a great set up owned and ran by Steve. It was highly recommended to me and I’ve had nothing but good experiences taking my ‘66 Ford F100 there. Greatly appreciate all the help and the great service Steve and David!

The best shop I’ve been to in my area. I called with what my car was diagnosed with at O’Reillys they walked me through that and what that was going to cost to get me ready and the time frames the fabulous receptionist was absolutely wonderful and accommodating and said just come up here and let’s figure out what’s going on. They got me in an out and found out what the problem is quick and fast. The name integrity says all it needs to say because that’s exactly how I was handled and the people working there were full of integrity. It was fabulous to walk away knowing that I wasn’t scammed or talked into anything and that it was plain Jane and I can’t say enough how fabulous the experience was at the shop.

After trying to get my A/C charged in Waco, I ran into outrageous charges and waiting times. I stopped in McGregor to try one last time and the people at Integrity took care of me quickly, nicely, and at an incredibly reasonable price! I am grateful to have found them and will return to them in the future. Thanks guys!!

I asked for a check up and had a few items. They did their due diligence and noted I needed specific items to make the repair correct. They did exactly as I asked and I would always send my repairs to them. This is the second time we have used Integrity and are very happy.

First would to Recommend this Auto Shop to all who live in the Temple, Waco and McGregor. Area. Plus any Travelers From Different States. Traveling from Dallas Area stopped to Get Gas at near by Store. Car develop battery issue. Walked over to Integrity for assistance. He walked over fixed battery issue . Jumped start . Problem and was to attend a Family Funeral. 👍👍👍👍👍

Everytime I have issues with my truck and I don't have time to work on it I bring it here. In the past its been Steve, but lately it's been Gary. With either one I have always gotten my vehicle back with the issues resolved in a reasonable amount of time for a great price.
If I don't end up working on it myself, these are the only people I trust to work on it.

Integrity AutoWorks really helped us when we were in a bind. Our 2013 Hyundai Tucson engine was completely destroyed while on a road trip and we got towed to Integrity. They quickly helped us and gathered multiple quotes to replace the engine. Although we didn’t end up using them, I would recommend to everybody in the Mcgregor area. Very helpful and even allowed us to keep the car in the parking lot while we thought through our decision.

I've had such wonderful service from Integrity. Even today they were so busy but took time out and fixed an old ladies car. Excellent company!

Honest, hard workers. Had them check my speedometer and got info straight forward and quick. Wish I had some spare cash to buy their mechanics an AC shop....Gawd!.....it was hot there.
