After 30 years with State Farm I asked for a quote for my car and new home, I wasn't asked any questions about my commute or the condition of my home - when I got a quote that I thought was too high, I went comparison shopping and chose Allstate. I was assisted by Valerie in Bill Brandes office and she went the extra mile to make sure she understood my needs, the condition of my home (new roof!) and worked diligently to get me every possible discount. This year between my home and auto, I will save over $1K - I don't even want to calculate how much I could have saved over the last 30 years if I switched to Allstate earlier. Thank you, Valerie!

Valerie Simpson, the representative with this Allstate agency whom handled my policy is absolutely wonderful to do business with. She is beyond helpful and tremendous to have a conversation with. I am extremely pleased to do business with her and the Allstate agency.

Update on my review on 12/26:

I have had a consistent and great experience since moving to Bill Brandes’ Allstate agency. They are very responsive and quick to address any needs or questions I have. Since moving to them, they were able to locate areas where I was under insured due to previous agencies’ lack of attention to detail. I recently relocated and Valerie was extremely helpful in setting up our insurance on our new home and providing education around it as well as the insurance on our previous home (that we planned to keep for a short time). Will be staying with Bill’s agency for the foreseeable future! Highly recommend!

Let me say.......... I always come in contact with bad customer service. Being in customer service for 20 yrs I can really tell. I spoke to Howie Walling with All State and this guy is a gem. He took care of me and the customer service was absolutely perfect.. He explained coverage options perfectly and answered every question I had and provided examples . I received a follow up call from Valerie Simpson asking if I received my Home & Auto electronic renewals from Allstate? I informed her I had. Valerie was very helpful in the entire process.
She also reminded me to go to Allstate app and sign up to DriveWise. This app, once on your cell phone, will monitor my safe driving for future Auto Insurance deductions.

Valerie has been great. I have had my home insurance with Allstate for years. Valerie calls me every six months to review my auto insurance. The time finally came when she was able to give me a much better rate than my current insurance company. I want to thank her for being persistent and having such great customer service.

As a previous Allstate customer, I was contacted by Valerie Simpson and asked to check out some new policies available. I am so happy she reached out to me. I was aggravated with my current insurance company, feeling there had to be a better option for a 70+ yr old woman who only drives 45ish miles a month and a clean driving record for over 50 years. He even stayed up past 10 pm at night with me to be able to accommodate me and help any way he could!
