Great experience with Aqua Life! We have bought two complete systems with them over the years. The company really is about customer service and taking care of their clients. They just took on an issue we had that was caused by someone else. They didn’t have to do that and yet they did. 100% recommend them for new water systems and service!

Also, their service tech (Frank) is great and knowledgeable. He made sure all our questions were answered and that we were happy.

It had been a couple years since I’d had the annual maintenance done on my filtration system. Anthony was my technician and he was AMAZING! He answered all of my questions about my system, completed the maintenance while explaining what he was doing, was super neat and cleaned up after himself and made a few tweaks to ensure my system was running better than it was before he came! He also did a great job teaching his trainee throughout the process. I was very pleased with the customer service! Thanks Aqua Life!

Frank is great! I've had the RO water filter system under the kitchen sink for two years and he's been the one to change the filters the times I've scheduled servicing. He did an exceptional job and does it quickly and efficiently. He's very knowledgeable and answered the questions I had for him. He's also very friendly, professional and very easy to talk to. We appreciate his service.

Very satisfied with the appointment. The appointment was easy to set up and service details as well as price were clearly communicated. They seem to have great time management, the technician arrived right when expected and they had also let me know when he was on the way. Anthony did a great job with the testing, maintenance as well as explaining how to cycle the drinking water after the service. He also taught us how to prepare for freezing temperatures with the system. Anyway, everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and professional, and I appreciate having clean drinking water.

Most businesses can appear pretty good when everything is going well. My regular annual water system service provoked a complex R/O system problem. Anthony from Aqua Life had to make three visits and worked diligently until the system was perfect. Ever polite, punctual and professional, the service was exemplary.

We had water softener and reverse osmosis installed by Aqua Life in 2021 in a new build, Liberty Hill TX. I’m from Norway and used to top quality clean mountain water, and the water from the reverse osmosis is almost at that level, it taste clean and good. We also did independent water quality testing to ensure it is actually good. Results shows it’s excellent quality with no chemicals or metals in it. I could not be happier with the system. Their tech Anthony was just here and serviced it replacing a filter. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You are in good hands if you buy your system from Aqua Life.

So helpful. I’ve dealt with 3 different technicians over the last year and each was professional and competent. I have a very old system in my home. Instead of trying to upsell me and remove my system, this company has taken the time to troubleshoot my problems and keep it functioning properly. I can’t say enough good things about them. Life changed! Whole house water filter and softener is amazing. We drink water from the tap at home with so much peace knowing we are getting clean water. My family’s skin and hair is night and day better, we no longer use lotion and my daughter’s eczema is gone! Worth every penny.

person before he got here. Felt very comfortable knowing who was knocking on my door. He answered all my questions, was patient and professional. Also the person I talked to on the phone was cheerful and seemed happy to help.
