My nail stylist Kim, was incredible! The atmosphere was very relaxing with gentle music and message chairs. Kim did a breath-taking job on my feet with a heavenly message. Plus I was a little short on time, but Kim still managed to Kim me an amazing French manicure in record time. Five stars for this Elegant and for Kim!

The beautiful ladies at Elegant Nails were very pleasant, welcoming, and wonderful. This was my 1st time here and I was not disappointed at all. Tammy I hope I got her name right so sorry if I didn’t. I walked in and showed the ladies the picture of the press in nails and I wanted my nails to look like it. And as you can see she did an amazing job and I love them. It’s so hard to find a nail tech that actually listen. And she took her sweet time to make sure that it was done right and no rush. Thank you so much and you will see me again.

This was my 1st experience at elegant nails in Vancouver. I moved nearby and wanted to try this place since it’s two minutes from my new home! I was lucky to get an amazing nail tech, Tammy, for my very first pedicure! I opted for the “volcano” best pedicure and it was amazing. It lasted a good amount of time and she does amazing massage! I felt she did a quality job and did not cut any corners or time. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and removed my old shellac. She did a great job applying the new shellac and took great care in my experience. Overall the customer service was friendly. Every team member greeted me with a smile. I will be back to see Tammy at Elegant Nails! Very impressed!

I love this shop! Been going for a year now and they are so kind, always willing to make time, and patient with my ideas. Back massager chairs!!

Update: my Halloween nails are amazing!!! Thank you Ms. Tami and the whole staff for always serving me well.

Go see Mahsa! The queen of nail design! She’s very meticulous and a super sweet heart! I’m always wanting different styles of art and she never fails! The owner and all the ladies that work here are lovely!

Kim is the best ! She did my nails exactly how I wanted ! She's funny and really listens to what you want ! Highly suggest this salon and Kim! Very nice workers

I have gone to elegant nails for years and years. So friendly, professional and they always, always do and amazing job on both my gel manicures as well as their deluxe pedicure! I highly recommend!

My pedicure was so relating. The technician took her time and my feet look and feel so good. I will return to Elegant Nails again soon.

Absolutely love getting mani/pedi here. Relaxing, always on time, but never rushed. Hannah has worked here for many, many years and it is exciting that she and her husband are now the owners. They are some of the most gracious and kind people I have ever met. It seems most of the clients are 'regulars' as I observed nearly all of them being greeted by name. Thank you Elegant Nails!

The employees here are really friendly. They take their time to make sure their service is on point. I did gel nails a few days ago with Hannah and it met my expectation. She did an amazing job and took her time to make sure my nails look beautiful. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their nails done :)

I love this nail salon! They take their time and do things RIGHT! Very clean and take care of their customers safety regarding COVID. Their pricing is reasonable and fair. They are very pleasant and I had a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax! Hannah is the BEST!

Accommodating salon, fairly accurate with their wait times and staffing - they saw appointments and walk-ins alike. I'm happy I asked for help with a color choice for the nail art I decided to get at the last minute, from a photo I found on Pinterest. Pricing is quite fair for the area; I didn't feel ripped off or gouged. I would recommend this salon.
