Kroger Fuel Center

This Kroger gas station is very conveniently located in on the way to the Beckley Coal Mine Exhibition. Lots of gas pump lanes, and easy to get back onto the street with the traffic lights.

I usually come here almost everyday, never have any issues. But today I came and nobody was there to assist me. I waited about 5 minutes and an older lady popped out of nowhere and end up being the cashier I tell her I want 7 in gas and 2 swishers I give the money and my I.D she then asked me “why are you giving me your drivers license” I said because I need two swishers. She then grabs the snuff I said “no the red swishers the cigars ” then she gets a horrible attitude and is yelling at me saying “YOU KEEP SAYING YOU WANT THIS WHAT IS IT YOU WANT” at that point I had to raise my voice as well. Moral of my story is she got mad very fast at something I couldn’t help like her not hearing me or her not knowing where the item was I needed. when I simply said 2 swishers 3 times.
