T.J. Maxx

I'm from Philadelphia area and visited here on a trip to West Virginia. Out of all the TJ maxx stores that I have shopped at, this is the nicest. They have a huge selection of toys and children's clothing. An array of homegoods. Beautiful clothing for adults. The staff was very friendly. I bought so much to take back home. Will definitely return to this one when I'm in the area!

Always enjoy shopping at TJMaxx where I can find a variety of typical department store items at a competitive price. The Beckley WV store is conveniently located, has a nice variety of merchandise and is a nicely organized and seemingly well run store.

Great store, nice selection and super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend.

I like their jewelry dept. And their beauty products are priced good.

TJMaxx always has a variety of items, great for grabbing a unique gift. Although they did not have what I was shopping for(a 100%cotton f/q blanket), I did get a nice candle. They had a great selection of summer decor items

The young lady named Ashley( redhead) was so helpful and kind to my elderly mother while she was trying clothes on in the dressing rooms last week. Thank you again for your exceptional customer service. Ashley went above and beyond to help my mother.

Nice place to shop for velveteen clothes hangers & kitchen gadgets. Store has a lot of other merchandise that you can't find anywhere else. A fun place to browse and find out of the ordinary items that you will love!

The sales people are great and very helpful. I was in town to attend a funeral, and the ladies were so helpful. They offered to assist me find the clothing I was trying to find for my family. They also offered things I needed like shampoo and conditioner, finger nail polish and remover. It was a great shopping experience.

I enjoyed and loved visiting here and the FALL selection they had. Great variety in all departments of the store: clothing, pets, hardware, mugs and so much more!!!!

12-20-2020 - I usually enjoy this store but today maybe due to Christmas there was just nothing there to choose from and then you had to wait in line for a long long time just to get in to to end up getting nothing at all. I'm still giving this a 5 star the because it was Christmas time and the Covid-19 was handled excellent in this door as well as maintaining a only that amount of people as required. Excellent job.

2018 - This is a great place to shop. Excellent prices. I've been back serval times this year in 2018.

Great T.J. Maxx! They always have good quality items for less than you can find them at other places. It's also a nice place to meet up with the family right in the middle of Beckley when we're coming from opposite directions. If you haven't been to this T.J. Maxx, go check it out!

My daughter always finds great deals but she wears a size 0. I have been finding lots of gluten free goodies for myself. Noone has more than tj

TJ Maxx is doing an outstanding job of covid protocol with sanitization and ensuring no overcrowding in store. I always find what I am looking for and then a few things that I wasn't. Always neat and stocked.
