Holly is amazing. Made my trip to Verizon very simple. She has a great attitude and is very helpful. Customer service, knowledge, all of it, 5stars!

We were greeted right as we walked in and the wait was 15 minutes. We then were helped by Max who was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. We purchased more then we expected but are completely happy with the prices of bundled discounts we recieved

I’m from out of state heading back home to California, and my SIM card decided to take a dump on me halfway through Iowa.

Visited this location today (02/05/23) and was greeted and helped immediately walking through the doors. I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she was very professional and friendly. She had me in and out of the store with my new SIM card within 5-7 minutes. Now I’m a happy camper.

Went in with a broken phone within 2 hours I was walking out all set up with a new phone cheaper bill & no where near the amount of stress it was the last time. I don't find myself having to go in often, but when I do I'm blown away by how helpful and engaging everyone is. Even when I'm there to ask some tough questions that might take them some real effort to get answers for, they always go out of their way to get the answers I need quickly. In a sea of bad customer service and support, they are a cut above the rest. If you're in need of a great cellphone, an awesome provider network that covers even the darkest corners of Iowa, and has the customer service support that anyone in the industry should be taking note of, you'd honestly be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else.

Short version, my phone died on vacation in Florida. Went to a Verizon store down there and got new one, got back to Iowa, didn't like it..tried 2 days to get in touch with Verizon to return. This store helped me to get to the bottom of this. They helped above and beyond!! Two employees stayed after hours, to help me solve this problem.

I have never been to a Verizon store and accomplished everything I need to in a short amount of time. I was able to order a replacement phone, ugrade a new one and pick out accessories in under 20 minutes. Jessie's Hills customer service is top notch.

Always great service and friendly staff. The wait times are generally accurate and they will help you out with about anything you can't do/forgot how to do with your phone. They even teach you a few things and make it easier.... I'm totally computer-illiterate so every little bit helps!! Thanks Verizon!!!

My wife and I just had our best ever customer service at this Manawa location. We were really happy to have a very knowledgeable individual to wait on us. His name is Vicente. Yes, we do know his last name also. And we would recommend him to anyone that would need help on setting up a new phone. He is super patient in trying to teach us on the operating of their new products. Vince, our sales associate, was great. He moved things along at a quick, but understandable, pace. Really appreciated his attention to detail.

Lots of issues with my account, long story short somehow my phone was closed out. Now as a business owner that just isn’t acceptable. I made the mistske of going to a Verizon Retail Store(never again). Shaun was absolutely FANTASTIC! He got my service back up and running and sold me more products for $100.00 less then the other guys. Guess what im doing in the morning? Yup, going back to retailer and returning everthing. The waits can be long but this store and Shaun are my go to place.

Got here before the doors opened on black friday. There was an army of employees lined up to greet us. Got what we wanted and even more! Thanks Brandon for your help and patience!!!

Staff very helpful answered all of our questions she made great recommendations, very informative, very helpful in transferring all the information to the new phones.
