Excellent experience with rep James. He handled everything which made switching over a breeze! James also made sure I had all my questions and concerns handled before I left and I had a lot!!! I really appreciated his patience with me!

Johnny and Amy were great. It took forever but it wasn’t their fault. Got me and my company an awesome bundle package including internet, iPad, watches and phones.

Absolutely fantastic crew. They all work together to help customers out. Hands down best Verizon store in area.

I went to Verizon at Metro Crossing today and did not have a good experience at all. Was told to call Verizon and when I opted to stay, waited almost an hour while no one asked what my concerns were; many employees appeared to just be standing at their stations not helping the line of people waiting so I walked out. My husband encouraged me to go to this store on Broadway. Jonathan was working and was great to work with! He got me set up with a new phone which was exactly what I was looking for. I told him that my experience at his store was completely different than the store at Metro Crossing. Will never go to Metro Crossing again and will only go to Jonathan's store!

This Verizon store was very helpful and went five and beyond their job to help me with my new phone service. They were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Well this time was great but 1st time was awful. But the lady that helped me today 10/6/2022 she was pregnant. She had a great personality. Teased me about the Z flip at the end I wanted that phone but next time !! I left Verizon which was a my bad since I had service before for 15 yrs. Glad I'm back . I will be sending her customers. But I will go find my card and edit this to add her name.And had no wait. And , read the review below me and if you want excellent service it is so worth the wait . Ty verizon.

The manager at this location is hands down phenomenal! His customer service is not only quick but he is able to multi-task to the point of helping faster than 3 associates at other locations, this is coming from personal experience. I am definitely going to be using this store from now on! Highly recommend to make the trip over there despite the current construction because it'll be fast friendly and accurate service every time!!

I came in here to help my technologically challenged parents with adding a smartphone to their line after having tried another Verizon store in the area, as well as to upgrade my phone. The other store was not helpful, so we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to get exceptional customer service at this location! Ryan was able to do what the other store couldn't and he was patient and thorough in explaining our options based on our wants and needs. He took the time to get to know our individualized phone use and did not try to sell the most expensive item on the market, but instead offered reasonable options based on our individual phone usage. We were all able to walk out with what we had gone in for at a price less than we had expected. Overall, great experience that exceeded our expectations!!

We've had Boost Mobile for years and it's always been fine. Bought an unlocked Galaxy S21 and tried to get it to work with Boost but they didn't have any SIM cards and wasn't compatible with Boost. Decided to finally switch to Verizon and Dave the manager made it very easy to switch. Dave was very friendly and helpful even though we still ended up there past closing time since there were many people waiting before us. Highly recommend instead of the Verizon at Denmark Dr.

Amazing staff and amazingly quick! First time I've gotten a new phone and it have been this smooth!

Went into get a new phone, Mark was there by himself. It was getting busy but he didn’t let it get too stressful. It was nice to see customer service is still valued at Verizon. Mark was awesome and I’m sure the other 8-9 people waiting thought the same.

Walked in to see another customer leaving looking very happy. Had the pleasure to have Anthony set us up. This guy is funny, knowledgeable and knows what you want. He made this a wonderful experience. I just switched to Verizon and so far I'm loving it.

I absolutely think the Verizon store on Broadway in council bluffs iowa was absolutely the best in town ! Very welcoming, nice , and very helpful ! Definitely recommend this location to anyone !!

After leaving Metro Crossing very frustrated once again, we decided to try this location. What a completely different experience. Brittany was very patient with all our questions and offered lots of information to help us make our decisions and choices. We left feeling good about our purchase and will be using this location from now on. If you want to be treated like a customer and not just a sale this is the place to go for great service.

The guys did great and took care of my parents very well. Since my parents are on my account I had to be present which is the norm. They explained things easily so my parents, who are not tech savvy, could understand what was needed. Not to mention the day prior they helped my dad WITHOUT trying to just sell him something.

This store employees were by far the best people i have ever came across.. my salesmen were polite and very friendly. They met all my needs and made me a super happy girl!! Thanks a million

I was beyond over dealing with people from Boost over the phone. I run my whole business from my phone and I had a huge issue getting devices switched. My first call was 730am. By 3 I had no phone number anymore as instead of activating my phone, they deactivated it. I didn't want to even discuss a phone let alone reset one. The girl there, her name starts with a "K", I'm sorry, she was beyond helpful and understanding. I was completely defused by the time we left with a great phone and the set up already for me.
