The Engelman Team did an incredible job from the beginning to the end of the process in selling our home. Tony and Jon gave us suggestions and a sense of direction to get our home listed. Upfront, Tony provided an estimate of what a reasonable selling price could be and deductions for fees, taxes, inspections, etc. and what the net proceeds could be, which ended up being incredibly close to his estimate when all was said and done. Tony "held our hand" throughout the process and answered every question we had and was very responsive and timely. He was never pushy, and was always respectful of our choices. He worked very well with the buyer's realtor, which is incredibly important. In the office, Abby did the support work and she was proactive, very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. All in all, they were a great team to work with.

Tony from the Engelman team was exceptional at what they do. They’ve helped navigate us through buying and selling two homes and each time has been an outstanding experience.
