Greater Mobile Urgent Care – Springhill

Im a mom who has to take her baby everywhere with her, doctor appointments and all. The nurse I had held my baby as I went to get some ran. The whole staff was so welcoming. I made it here around nine and was in the back by like 930 so the wait time was amazing too. I always hated going to urgent care or any doctor office because the wait time was longer than the visit but it wasn’t the case here. Thank you!

The facility was nice and clean. Staff members were kind and courageous. We were seen in a timely manner.

The first time I ever came here I was treated like royalty and every time afterwards. They have an amazing staff that works together and make you feel important. They go above and beyond to find out what you need or what you have even if they have to consult with others. I have always felt that they take time to understand and listen to me. One of my times I was treated I should have been hospitalized and Dr. Sweeney went above and beyond to set things up so that I could go straight to the Er and be admitted. You could not ask for a better group of people to help take care of you.

By far the best urgent care clinic in the Mobile area. I’ve been several times and they are always kind and professional. The wait times are also reasonable. Even during the height of the pandemic, I never waited more than an hour. My kids also enjoy the adorable room themes. My whole family turns to GMUC whenever we need medical help after hours and I’ll always recommend them.

Front desk lady was nice, I had little wait time, but well worth the wait. The nurses were on point and steady in triage sign out. 👌

I have always received good treatment here. The entire staff make you feel welcome and take care of my needs. I think my thick chart speak for itself.

The front staff were very nice and understanding. I came in with flu symptoms, body aches, and fever. The waiting period was not long. They made me feel welcome and they didn’t seem to mind being at work!! Thank you ladies!!

Having been there twice this - once for my husband and then for myself - I can tell you they are professional, conscientious and thorough! Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas the waiting room was packed. But the process was smooth and the care was excellent!

Thank all the gods for this place! As someone who suffered from dehydration on a regular basis (no matter how water much I drink,) I have been blessed by these locations where you can get IV fluids with our without a drs orders!
In this case, however, the dr on the GMUC side DID see I was dehydrated! He also examined my throat and did a full exam, including EKG for to chest pains (probably caused by the horrible coughing I had been experiencing for 5 days since my Covid symptoms started.) This is SO MUCH MORE THAN THE ER DOCS at Singing River did when I saw them 2 DAYS BEFORE! They DIDN'T EVEN LOOK IN MY THROAT.
After diagnosing an Upper Respiratory Infection and Dehydration, due to the covid infection, the doctor Rx IV liquids, a Steroid shot, an antibiotic, a B12 shot, and a shot for nausea, as the coughing and choking was preventing me from eating enough.
I have been a fan of the GMUC on Schillinger for years (closer to where I live in Grand Bay, ) but, the VA (who pays for my community care,) agreed I should have received fluids in the ER, and definitely needed them by yesterday, so this was my first time visiting this location.
The entire staff was welcoming, courteous, concerned, REALLY LISTENED to my complaints and concerns (and wishes, as they understand someone who is 62 obviously is attuned to their own body more than someone just meeting them, or even seeing them briefly every few months, or so, like you see most medical personnel.)
They ALL did a wonderful job making me as comfortable as possible (hurting me as little as possible during tests and treatments, and just took great care of me throughout the experience.
The facility is very attractive and b clean, like all the GMUC locations I've visited.
Again, I will highly recommended GMUC to you!!!

I visited Springhill Urgent Care on January 30th and was very pleased with the service. I came in with pain from my left thigh up to hip.They gave me a shot for pain and inflammation. The full staff was very friendly.

Very quick and courteous but most importantly, thorough. Highly recommend

Absolutely AMAZING! Was literally in and out in 30 minutes! Got test results and everything back! Will definitely be coming back here again! And not mention the amazing staff so sweet and patient! ❤

Came in for a b12 shot,was in and out very quickly. Office was very clean,great workers and friendly.
