This place is fantastic, I have always been a fan because JC Penny’s sells great product at a great price. I walked in and everything was neat and organized as if they had just opened and not actually 3 pm. There was a great selection at low prices, I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. The associates were beyond helpful in finding what I was looking for and they were very polite and not pushy. This location is thirty five miles from my home but we’ll worth the drive.

Hidden gem definitely not the same Penny's as it was when i was achild they have a vast variety of clothing shoes household stuff men woman children teen have things for all seasons and really great sales all the time.

This is a nice JC Penney store. They have good clothes, lingerie and jewelry for decent prices. They also have plenty of good household items. They are never really busy so it is a good place to shop. The staff seems nice and helpful. They also have some nice Christmas items.

One of the best experiences I have had while shopping in Penny's. When I asked for a item I could not find the sales clerk accommodated me and together we located the item. She also told me what items were mark down 50 to 25 percent. Thank you for hiring such great people.

I love this place but it is where I have worked at for 2 years now I am the leader of the cleaning crew my company has a contract with jc Penny's to clean the store it gets tuff sometimes but I would not trade this experience in getting for anything other than a raise and a promotion to a higher position. Lol

I always love shopping at this location. Yes, it's older and the hours are limited. BUT, you'll never find nicer, more helpful associates!! My favorite is a young lady in, I think it's, finer dresses. She always asks how I've been doing and then wants details of where I've told her..lol That alone keeps me coming back to JCPenney!

I got my mom a birthstone ring at an amazing price. This was even after the mother's day sale. My sales rep was truly a sweet, kind and patient person. She helped me make a choice that had my mommy smiling from ear to ear. My experience was totally stress free and wonderful.

I returned an item to jcp good customer service . But was going to purchase so shoes could not find a register that was open . The only one that was open was in the back of the store in men's department . No one in shoes .

The sales staff could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to help is find exactly what we were looking for. Oh, and it was on sale. Thank you JC Penny.

I purchased some jewelry with a warranty. I'm glad I purchased the warranty as a safety precaution. I had to utilize it. It's better to have and not need it. Rather than need a warranty and not have it.

Was able to find some school shoes for my son! During this time of year it is tough to find all black school shoes. This was my first stop and y’all had exactly what we needed in the right size! I was even able to use a coupon code from online, so we got a really good deal. Thanks!

I love shopping at JCPENNEY! They're prices are reasonable and affordable, the store is very clean, the restrooms could use a little more attention, but overall it is a great place to shop. Most of the employees are very nice and willing to help you, but very lacking when it comes to checking out. I've been shopping here for years and now I find myself having to run all over the store looking for a cashier. The store is clean, has a great quality of clothing, and I've never had a problem returning anything.

The salon at the Mobile store has the greatest hairdresser. She was excellent, treated me like a king. I highly recommend her. Patti was her name.

The associate working in jewelry on Mother's Day is awesome. She handled the customers with so much professionalism and respect it was great to see.

Fantastic. I lost weight and needed new polo shirts and got about 10. For 13.00 each with coupon 103... cannot beat that!

I was looking for a dirty Santa gift. The associate helped me. I don't remember her name. I just remember that she said her birthday is on 12/3.
