Sonic Drive-In

We had a mishap with our order, the online site hadn't updated and allowed us to order an item no longer on the menu, the manager came out personally in the middle of an unforseen rush just to offer us any food item as a substitution and to offer apologies for the mix up. Wish i had gotten her name, even with the mix up and the wait it's the best service we ever had at this location!

Food is always ready a few minutes after we check in, all the delivery kids that bring your food over are super nice and kind. Food is always delicious.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to whoever made up the signature sauce; they need a raise. That & the Polynesian Slush are the two best things on the Menu; In My Opinion, although all of the food has always been top notch each & everytime that I have dined at this particular location. This chain always has Excellent customer service, caring employees that truly go above, and beyond to make sure that your meal is satisfactory, and up to standard. The food is always great, and fast; no matter how you order. Never once have I gone to Sonic, and had a cold meal, or have I been sick the days following (like i have been previously in the past from dining at other Fast-food chains in the local area.) SONIC fast-food Restaurants are what Mobile, Alabama Needs more of!

Great service hot food and young man who waited on use was the kindest and nicest young person I've encountered in a while service with a smile.

There are very few Sonic restaurants where I have had bad service. This particular Sonic is not one of them. I recommend if you're in the area to stop by

Hard to beat a Blast with Reese's peanut butter chips! And half price drinks are great as well!!

Happy Hour is the primary reason I visit. Their drink choices are plentiful and there are options to please everyone. To make things even better you always get happy hour prices when ordering through the app. Not sure if that will change but it's currently a great option. Their food choices have improved and if you're hungry there's probably something for you on the menu. I haven't tried enough food to really say how most food items are but I do know their drinks, slushes and shakes are amazing. Their numerous flavored drinks are offered year round and they occasionally have specialty or seasonal offerings as well.

I enjoy their appetizers and burgers, but let's face it... we're here for the ice cream and frozen drinks!
The wide variety of decadent flavors of the shakes and blasts can be tempting, but sometimes there is nothing better than a big ice cream cone on a hot day.
When you have a big thirst that you just can't quench with a soda, then a Route 44 cherry limeade is in order. Just make sure you ask for extra cherry to counteract the tartness of the lime.

The food wasn't all that great, but man it came out fast and there was this black guy with braces (couldn't catch his name) but I've been in customer service for a long time and he absolutely rocked. Very very kind and genuine. Wish I had more money to tip him. He deserves a raise!!

Have had the best experiences at other locations around town. Was pleasantly surprised that my order was correct and check in was fast and Clint was fast and polite bringing my order. I'll travel a little further to this location for good service.

I love that they have more sugar free drink options than just Diet Coke. Staff is very nice, food is always hot and fresh. I think the employees make less than minimum wage so tips are appreciated.

I usually don’t eat here too often because it’s a bit more expensive than other places, but it’s definitely higher quality food than your average drive through. Just came and got a grilled chicken combo w/ cheddar peppers and no joke, it’s made to absolute perfection. 10/10 would recommend!

Update (a few months later): went again and got a bunch of items- some cheese sticks, tenders, a coney hot dog, a BLT loaded with bacon and a cherry Vanilla Coke w/ lime (sounds weird but it’s actually REALLY good) to top it off. Everything was cooked to perfection and laid out in a neat tray, which made it easy to park and dine. Great service and a great meal... reminds me that I should come here more often!

My boyfriend and I got two pretzels 🥨 and two bursting boba slushies. Pretzels were hot and delicious, great slushies. We had Kahlen and Colby as car hops, they were great!

We love happy hour. The real fruit slushies were great. Sonic has the best ice so their drinks are always good. We love the .99 corn dogs at happy hour as well. It's a great time to take the kids and not break the bank. It would be nice if they would had a few more food specials to the happy hour menu.

I love this sonic. I live right down the road and come here often. Everyone I've met is really nice and genuine. Food is delicious and brought out in a timely manner. I can't comment on the women's bathroom but my husband says the men's is always out of hand soap.

Fast service, better quality (ingredients are loaded on, not had any missing items or incorrect orders) than other Sonics I've visited. Changed my mind about the company, and they've even got a drive-thru so you don't have to do the drive-in if you don't want to.

The food was wonderful, service was really fast, and they were perfectly accurate in execution of my order. They were concise and clear when taking my order and even mentioned deals! Great crew and great food! Keep it up Sonic!

Julietta was my server amd she was so kind! They gave me a free token for a drink because of the wait but honestly it wasn't that long since I had 3 seperate orders! Very pleased with the food and service!

Sonic on Hillcrest are the best!!! I just got off work at 11 pm and the wife wanted a sweet tea so I called to asked if they were opened. They said until 12am for the drive thru. They also ask what I want to order and they would have it ready for me when I got there.

Service was GREAT and FRIENDLY the food came promptly and correct outside of the one error to our burger it was xtra mustard added instead of mayo and when I say extra I mean all outside the burger, but my spouse still managed to deal and get thru it. My Jr burgers on the other hand where nothing short of PERFECTION only flaw was wayyy to many onions but still delicious no the less. And to my surprise I ordered a banana chocolate shake with no expectations set but was BLOWN AWAY this shake not only was creamy and delicious with the banana mixed in for xtra flavor but it was topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I can honestly say this is my new go to shake PERIOD😍😍
