Donna at the Chanel counter is a superstar saleswoman! I had a bad experience at an opposite store in the mall (clinique-belk) looking for a lipstick, and Donna turned my frown upside down and helped me pick out a beautiful red lipstick. She was willing to help and not pushy or rude ,very much appreciated, give this wonderful lady a raise!!

I went and bought some cologne today with my son and was dealt with by Tracie. she was one of the nicest people ever. Such a pleasure to deal with and she was so nice to my son.

Always easy to find what you are looking for, the sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and where everything is located. Highly recommend

I really like to shop at my Dillards store. The store is run well, and the clothes selection is outstanding. I buy almost all of my clothes at this store and frequently buy gifts there for my wife and others. Highly recommended!

Here with my wife. She has found a BUNCH of dresses to search through. Appears to be lots of fashions and sizes. However I have found a comfortable chair to sit in and just be supportive as she shops.

Great men's. Shoe dept. Kelvin, the sales rep was a great help.

My aunt didn't have a proper bra, so I took her to be fitted, Angela , was so fantastic w my aunt. Auntie is handicapped and in wheelchair, this didn't bother Angela who fitted and made sure my aunt was comfortable and had the right bra. This was such a pleasure for us both, and I want all to know, that Angela at store 241, Dillards is fantastic in the women's feminine apparel dept.

The worker, Sean, was extremely helpful at the Dillards in the mall. He was very attentive and polite. The other 2 workers that were there were also helpful. Sean’s customer service was on point all around !

I found some make up at a local cosmetic store. Really wanted a sample to try before I buy. However, the store does not provide samples. Went to Dillard's and they were more than happy to provide samples for me. Not only did they provide a sample of the make up I was searching for, they also provided a sample of the different collections they offered. Great Service Jeannie!!

Dillard's was having a fabulous 65% off sale on ladies shoes...need i say more🥰 lots of stock to choose from and associates we very friendly.

Such a joy to walk into a beautiful department store. Pretty soon they will disappear from our world, I am afraid.

I ask the lady in Lingerie do they measure for bra fitting; she said no but we do visual fitting so I was like okay when I tell you this lady is great at her job she matched my daughter perfectly just by looking and I couldn't be happier. Extraordinary service!

Sweet and professional young men and women. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I visited the home department, the watch counter, and the skin care area.

So much nice stuff to look at. They have a great selection of fashionable shoes, purses, and clothes. From dressing up to dressing down. And talk about those boots, they are Beautiful. Wish I could own a pair of everyone of them in the store. The perfume, I can't wait to go to that section.

Helpful staff. Great selection of men's sport shirts.

I took my mom to pick up some things and ended up looking at fun girl stuff for myself. I had no intention of buying anything and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. The moment we approached the counter, a young lady stepped around the counter and greeted us with a smile. Morgan, the representative, actually remembered my mother's name. My mom has an unusual name, but I was still impressed because that kind of attention and customer service is hard to find these days. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide which ones best suited me. Reminded me how much fun shopping in the mall can be.
