My TV died, found good one here, went home and set it up. When I turned it on, I had what you see in the pic below. Took it all right back. No questions, got me new one with upgrades, and no increase in price.

I purchased a remote start system from here that came with free installation. The install guy was nice, appointment schedule was quick, and he even finished earlier than stated. Best Buy is the best!

I have had another STELLAR encounter with Geek Squad in Mobile Alabama. Elisha and Mitchell tag teamed my 2 devices and are working on resolving my issues as we speak. Elisha and Mitchell deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service skills and technical skills. Together they are a powerhouse! They made me feel like a valued member of the Best Buy family. The Geek Squad in Mobile should be the model for other Best Buys GS. Especially Tallahasse FL. I will only let GS in Mobile handle my equipment. Its because of the Mobile store I was encourage to purchase the service plan. The plan has not disappointed me yet. I hope the GS members Elisha and Mitchell are rewarded with more than a pizza or sub for their customer service skills, knowledge and professionalism.

Best electronic store all around US. You can find any electronic gadget at a cheap price. Cheaper than the market.

They had everything I needed for my new home theatre system. I also got a discount for opening a credit line. The stafff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery staff was very professional.

Has a very large variety of electronics and housing essentials, ranging from sim racing steering wheels to stoves and refrigerators! Definitely will check out again in the future!
