I had some obituary cards printed here and they came out very nice. Shari and the lady manager there were very kind and thoughtful. I will never forget their kindness during a difficult time. God bless you both!

I have always had good services here. For the most part, everyone is polite.

I like going to CVS if it only to look around you will be surprised at the bargains you will find.

Drop prescription off at around 3pm was told it would be ready in approximately one hour. Gave them a little extra time went back around 5:30 ! Was told it was not ready and that they couldn’t call because I didn’t write my contact number on the prescription! I told the young lady just say you didn’t look because I wrote my contact number in the left top 🔝 corner! I absolutely hate dealing with this CVS pharmacy department! I didn’t get a text until 7:15 pm saying that my prescription was ready for pickup!! If it was not for their pharmacy they would have a higher ranking !!! The ranking is not based off of me taking one prescription their this has happened on several other occasions!

I am disappointed that you don't support tax exemptions for nonprofits. I work for a local college that is literally within walking distance of this location. When I went to check out with my company credit card, I was told that you all don't do tax exemptions, even though the tax id number is listed on the credit card. I have been to other pharmacies such as Walgreen's and I have never had any problems. Shame on you CVS! I will let my 300 colleagues and employees know not to patronize this business; regardless of the close proximity of the location. Very disappointed!

This was the worst place i’ve ever been. Not only did they tell me they didn’t have my prescription, but when I called to check if my prescription had come they told me they never said it hadn’t! Not only that, the obnoxious lady on the phone with the most nasal voice i’ve ever heard preceded to mock my voice as a high pitched girl—and i’m a man! Absolutely unprofessional, and if you are going to talk bad about a patient at least wait until they aren’t able to hear you. I don’t appreciate being called a liar when it’s the pharmacist fault they weren’t paying attention or can’t remember what they told me not even thirty minutes before. Whoever works there needs to go back to school and learn how to deal with patients. And the girl who talked to me on the phone—please have something checked your nose was whistling when you spoke.

I was told my prescription that was called in had not been received. I called my doctor and she told me that it had been called in and was in the CVS voicemail that they hadn’t checked. I called CVS back to tell them this information and ask about the prescription and the lady did not put me on hold. Instead I could hear her mocking me and lying about the information she had previously given me to another coworker. Very unprofessional and unkind when I’m only seeking treatment while ill.

extremely rude and incompetent, my fiancé went here to get something for me and the pharmacist/tech sold him the wrong thing and would not let him return it even though he never left the store. Being in the medical field myself it’s extremely disappointing to see individuals take advantage of the layman person, if they would have taken the time to listened, this could have been avoided. Go to a different pharmacy to be treated with kindness and respect!

I have never been treated so rudely and totally disrespected at CVS on Old Shell Rd; Pharmacists we’re rude when I asked about injection she was about to administer. I asked what was it , her reply “ what did you pay for!! I asked to see name of medicine on syringe ; she stated @ look it’s Shingrex ,okay!! “ Put on my left arm ,” I said; she sighed loudly, “ if you insist!! I had COVID symptoms, but test was negative; Doctor sent prescriptions to CVS ( used for many years) and went to pick up medication, clerk said, loudly, frowns on face @ YOU GOT COVID!!!!!” Had a intense verbal exchange with Female Pharmacist and changed finally to another Pharmacy!! They are very rude, very poor Customer Service ( for people of color, Blacks)

The pharmacist Katie is a liar. Called her and explained that we were on vacation and have been getting my prescription filled at CVS for years. Was told she had to check the safe because it was a narcotic. Walked in after a hour and a half drive and she didn’t even get out of her chair , just said no they did not have it. Every other CVS would say no that they didn’t have it available. Very unprofessional.

We have been with these guys since reopening. We loved them they were always looking out for us, now they have a new pharmacist and customer care is gone with the old pharmacist. I was unable to convince the district supervisor that the pharmacist had techs in check. I even had proof in their own handwriting. It was dismissed as a misunderstanding. Don't get me wrong, there are some good employees still there. Just hope and pray they are the individuals handling your business. Tonya is the best there.
