Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I enjoy Freddy's. The food is always good and when I go to the store, the order is accurate. Today, I ordered through grubhub. Unfortunately the driver did not deliver all my order. I called the store, and although the manager is unable to refund my money, he is sending me coupons for a free meal and sundae. I appreciate this gesture. Thank you so much. I will not be using grubhub in the future.

We are passing through from KC and stopped through. Service was honestly the best part of the visit. Jayden was amazing the minute we walked in the door. He was in the process if refreshing the trash and still took the time to greet us and made us feel special the entire time we were there. That kid is incredible! 5 star service the entire time from the whole staff, but Jayden was truly and genuinely awesome. The type of service he provides is dying today, he deserves a huge kudos for how out of his way he went to make us feel welcome on our stop through.

Love the food, the fries are amazing and the chili dog is the best around! The staff is great and friendly,
But recently someone has changed to music from the 50s and 60s to some pop music, so not quite the same atmosphere, but love the place

I love the tiny fries and the fry sauce. Sometimes I just want a hot dog and this the only place that you can get one.

I love this place. I normally go through the drive-thru. Everyone is always friendly.

Love Freddy's vanilla ice cream and cheese steak burgers. I only get a one scoop waffle cone otherwise I can have a mess on my hands.

Freddys in Council Bluffs Iowa has amazing employees, they are hardworking and very friendly. They have great food. The restaurant is very clean.

I and my two kids went through the drive through here about three weeks ago. We ordered ice cream, and I asked for the peanut butter concrete with peanut butter on top. The associate at the window had put peanuts on top, and I asked if they could put peanut butter. The manager walking by said, "Absolutely", and proceeded to fill the lid with peanut butter! So cool, and it was amazing! Such great service by all!

I love Freddy's! Sure wish they'd build one in the Des Moines/Altoona area! Only negative thing is it's a bit on the expensive side. But these days, what isn't?

I don't know that I'd call them fast, but the burgers and frozen custard are very tasty.

Burgers were great. Well seasoned and hot. Onion rings and cheese curds were really good. Custard was tasty. Pleasantly surprised for a "fast food place".

Excellent service. I took my kids there for lunch. Ron was very polite and friendly. He offered my kids a free custard cookie. The food was great. This is the only place that my sons burger comes pickle only as requested. The fries were fresh and was served in a timely manner. We will definitely continue to come to this location.

Enjoyed our food. And had some custard for dessert. It's gone because it was delicious!

The customer service at this establishment was nothing short of ravishing. Special shout out to David. The food was absolutely bussing for real. Christ truly would have risen for this meal, happy Monday after Easter.

We are a party of 12 from Tennessee and our Freddy’s that’s usually pretty good at home had nothing on this one. This was an 11 out of 10 experience all the way around and we will definitely be back next time we come through.
