Fazoli's

Always hot when we arrive to pick up, always get all items we order and the single time we didn't, they made sure to make it right. Staff is usually pretty nice. Food always tastes pretty good. If you want fast food but tired of burgers & fries, it's a great option

We came for lunch and the server was so kind and asked us if the bread sticks she was leaving was enough. We said that we could use a few more to which she gladly brought us some more. Then she even asked later and made sure we were well taken care of. May God bless her and you all. Merry Christmas!

Always love to come to Fazolis. Good food at a decent price is rare these days. Brandy greeted us with a smile and helped us find items included in our coupon. She checked in with us during the meal to see what we needed and ask how we liked the meal. Great experience!

This was my first time eating and I was surprised they had a pretty good menu and you got quite a bit for your money so I thought it was a good place and I will going to eat again sometime soon if I’m in the mood for my husband because it surprisingly

I have never had issues with Fazoli’s in council bluffs. They are always so nice and super fast service, I’ve never waited more than 5/6 minutes for my food and it’s always hot.

Tina went above and beyond to give us amazing service when we came in. We’ll be asking for her every time we come in!

They did a awesome job and the new Shrimp Alfredo Manicotti. Hannah and Jermy did a awesome job. If you like peach. You have to try the White Peach Italian Ice is a great finisher for a meal.

As a regular catering customer, I called on a Sunday afternoon at 2 PM asking if there was any way I could get a catering salad ASAP. Tina didn’t hedge at all and said, “I can get that ready right away.” The food and catering experiences I have consistently had this Fazoli‘s have been unmatched. Thank you for being so customer service friendly!

Baked Spaghetti and salad = yummy! Fast and friendly service. Clean restaurant! Will be back.
