Hardee’s

SUPER nice and helpful staff. They went to check ingredients for me and everything. Everyone is very nice, good attitudes, and it’s really clean. I saw them wipe down and clean everything during down time. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. Also, heard some pretty fabulous singing coming from the kitchen. They definitely enjoy their jobs here.

It's been a while since I've been to a Hardee's. Overall the experience was great. The fries came out fresh and were hot! The sandwiche I had (Frisco burger) tasted fresh but maybe had sat while the fries finished cooking so it wasn't as hot as it could have been. That's the only knock. I didn't complain or ask for another sandwich which I know I could have done. Thats why only the deduction of 1 star from the food category. Everyone was so nice and honestly the sandwich was fine. Will for sure try again! Thank you!!

Went there for lunch with my son and it was delicious! The food came.out fast.and hot amd.fresh! Love the Frisco burgers 🍔

This is my favorite place to get fast food. It always tastes good and I always get excellent customer service. I went through their drive through tonight and because Hardee’s is discontinuing the curly fries which I really liked, I was kind of bummed but got onion rings instead. Well the girl at the drive through knows how much I liked them, and when I got home I was surprised to find a chocolate chip cookie in my bag. That was very sweet and made my night a lot better. I called you guys to say thanks but I may have come off a little weird because I’m not that great at talking on the phone so I thought I’d submit a review and say thanks again for excellent customer service.

Food was very good got the $6 meal deal and it was well Worth it, clean place, friendly service, all around good job Hardee's

I'm going to be perfectly honest with you there are no better biscuits and gravy anywhere. Any other item I've ordered is great too and here's a huge part of the success I enjoy at Hardee's. Its the General Manager he's the best. His staff are the fine oiled machine. He should be proud of his store.

The drive thru was very fast. Ordering was quick and easy. The order was correct and the food was nice and hot and tasted great!! Their $6 meals are a great price for good food. The chocolate chip cookies are fantastic!!

The dining area was open. It had been closed in the early morning hours for several weeks. I had been going to Omaha Hardees. Was glad to see Council Bluffs dining in open.

This is the best Hardee's I've ever visited, hands down. I have never felt more morally obligated to leave a review than I did after eating the food here. The staff is extremely courteous and considerate. I would recommend this location to anyone in a 20 mile radius.

Love the double charbroiled sliders! I made the mistake by asking for a single (what I meant was not the combo)so I went inside to see if I could pay the difference and the manager just took care of it. He made them fresh and let me keep the singles. Awesome service!

Husband and I stopped for breakfast. It was so nice that the lobby was open and we could use the restrooms. Very courteous staff. The biscuits always blow my mind. Hardees has the best breakfast and most amazing biscuits!

Food is good, hot and freshly made. All the staff are great, funny, friendly and courteous, especially Melisa.
