Safe Deposit Box Insurance Coverage

Great insurance to have which no one else seems to offer. If more people realized their safety deposit boxes were not insured SDBIC would be crazy busy.

Am so thankful we were referred to you. Of course the bank provides no insurance on a safe deposit box which many do not realize. Our homeowners would not cover because the deposit box contents were considered a collectible and required a fine arts policy. Plus they were not being kept at the address on the policy, but off site at a deposit box. So the rest of the story is history...we were referred to your company. It seemed too good to be true. Everything we needed was provided in your policy coverage. We had one question which was answered by Rachael very promptly. Sign up was extremely easy, once we were able to get our FDIC bank listed as an option. This was done by phone with a nice gentleman. Have already recommended you to several friends and family, and have even told our bank and jeweler about you. We are hoping they can share this information with others who may have the same problem getting items covered in a safe deposit box. Of course have not filed any claims, but feel confident there will be no problems since you are backed by AXA!

This type of insurance should have been available many years ago. I'm glad SDBIC is there. Still I worry a little because, a lot of times with other types of insurance you have to get attorneys and adjusters to to file your claim. I'm happy so far with SDBIC. I read an article in the NYT about how safe deposit boxes aren't truly safe like me (and pretty much everybody) has always believed. I have held valuables in my safe deposit box for over 20 years and I never gave it a second thought--until I read that article. It definitely freaked me out, so I immediately did some research and found SDBIC and signed up right away. Then a couple of days later I ran over to the bank just to make sure my valuables were still in the box! That's how much the article freaked me out. Luckily everything was fine and now, going forward, I feel better knowing that even though it's obviously extremely unlikely that theft, natural disaster, or bank malfeasance will cause a problem, if somehow that does happen I'll have insurance, just as I have insurance for auto, home, fire, etc. Obviously SDBIC is a for-profit company, and that's great, that's exactly how it should be, that's our system of capitalism. All I can say is thanks for providing an excellent service at a reasonable price!!

Your Product is exactly what I need. It covers a wide range of risks and is easy to implement and adjust as needed once implemented. The price is good as well. And Customer Service is very good.

I was extremely fortunate to find SDBIC, it's the most cost-effective way that I know of to completely secure my valuables. We all know that bank safe deposit boxes are quite secure, and this insurance takes all risk of loss, which is great.

Hopefully this is insurance that I never need to use....and frankly, don't expect to ever utilize it. Still, it gives me that extra measure of confidence that my assets are completely safe. The plan was super simple to set-up.

Extra level of protection at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, they do not offer a multi-box discount. i.e. 2 boxes at 50K costs more than one box at 100K. Sigh.
