Freddy was a lifesaver to us! After a horrible experience with one of Menards contractors, Freddy was able to install our carpet last minute for a very reasonable price and did a fantastic job! Freddy carpeted my stairs quickly and with full quality! I had my own carpet that was given to me and another "big" company in Streamwood said they would only do it if I bought their material. 😒 Lesson learned, Freddy is the only guy I will call or recommend now. Quality work and true to his word (so sick of the run around you often get these days. My stairs are fluffy and soft again and I am so happy!!

I took Freddy’s service to install carpet on staircase to basement. Freddy did a great job of installation. He went above beyond fixing the loose planks on my stairs which were making squeaking sound. Reasonable price with high quality service and quick turnaround time. Definitely recommend him.

Shout out to Freddy's Carpet Service. We got 3 bids, 2 from large carpeting stores with good reputations, and Freddy. Freddy was $2,500 cheaper than Performance Flooring and $1,500 less than Dary Carpet. I was a bit hesitant going with an independent contractor instead of brick-and-mortar business. But, Freddy showed up when he said he would, did great work prepping and installing carpeting and new hardwood. The quality of carpet Mozart II, Havana) was just as nice as what we saw in the stores.
His bid was fair and no surprises.
I would definitely use Freddy's Carpet Service for installed carpeting and hardwood.

I needed 1350 square feet of carpet put in quickly (5 rooms, one hallway and 2 stairways) so I could put my house on the market. Freddy came that day was on time very respectful of my home and my family. I did shop around and his price was the best! They removed and installed the new carpet 2 days later. The carpet quality is excellent, his workman ship was very professional. They were done quickly! I had just put in new cabinets and there was a 3" gap where the hardwood floor should be. He fixed that 3" gap with hardwood that I had left over at no extra charge! They went above and beyond what I expected. And they hauled away all the old carpet was well!! You will have trouble finding a better deal then that! He runs a family business and takes pride in his work. I have recommended him to others and will use his serves again in the future!

Our sewer backed up and we needed to have the carpet immediately pulled and replaced. It was a Saturday and We called so many places and were given the run around. I found Freddy to be local so gave him a try... not only did he come out the same day to analyze and quote, he was able to come back and replace the carpet within 2 days. The carpet looks amazing, the price for a living room and hallway were unbeatable, and the quality of his service, his promptness was amazing! Definitely recommend!
