From numerous horror stories from friends getting their roof replaced I came into this thinking negatively. I scheduled Elite to come out and when they did naturally I was gaurded. Within minutes of interacting with Igor I felt positive vibes. He quickly explained the whole process that I’d be involved in and outline what he’d take care of. To make a long story short, they replaced my roof very quickly and did an excellent job. His crew also made sure I was satisfied with their cleaning process once he job was completed to ensure that the property was in the same condition as prior them being on it. I’m glad I didn’t have the same experience that my friends did. I would recommend elite home to anybody.

Working with Elite Home Restoration, as well as the completed work was a 10 out of 10! From start to finish Matt explained every process and helped me choose colors for my roof and gutters that complemented my home. Any time I called with questions he was available, friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend this company.

Our new roof was installed by Elite Home Restoration after storm damage. They did an awesome job, all in one day, and the new roof looks great. Matt was amazing and a pleasure to work with. He immediately patched to roof to prevent leaks before the roof could be fixed. Before we called Elite, the insurance company was not going to replace the roof, but Matt realized that we probably could not replace the missing/damaged shingles with matching new ones. Matt worked with the insurance company to get our entire roof replaced, including new decking. I would highly recommend Elite Home Restoration. Matt was a true professional, demonstrating extensive roofing knowledge, and was able to deal with the insurance company to get our new roof.

Elite was fantastic to work with! We received several quotes, but Elite’s was the most competitive. They also demonstrated the most knowledge about roofing systems and didn’t try to oversell us, especially compared to some of the local big name competitors. The entire roof was replaced in two days and a new skylight installed with minimal disruption and virtually no mess afterward. Matt went above and beyond to communicate, meticulously supervise, and follow up on our satisfaction. Highly recommend him in particular!

Very pleased, I had 3 other roofers refuse to discuss quotes with me for the shingle damage because the roof was older. This was the first place that would even patch/repair it. Matt walked me through my options clearly and let me choose to patch it until we can get through the insurance process. Will definitely want him back for the final repairs when the time comes.

Matt & the team at Elite Home are great. We were working with them for over 18 months. From the start, Matt worked hard with the insurance company to get our claim approved. Then continued to fight for us when issues came up and we had plenty. In the end he was able to get everything approved and get the work done that needed to be! Very happy with the work and so appreciative that we had Matt on our side!

Elite Home Restoration completed a New shingled Roof, New skylight, New copper flashings and New gutters recently on our home. The entire process was very seamless and the project completed on time without any issues or surprises. We got a quality product and a better roof installation with drip edging as well as snow & ice barrier which was missing from the original roof when the home was built. I'm extremely satisfied customer and glad we hired Elite Home Restoration to complete our project.
