I've been having issues with my hustler mower and the dealerships that service them. Will at birkeys was nice enough to lend me a demo unit to run until I can purchase a new exmark or get my hustler fixed. The exmark radius is an amazing mower and I will definitely be purchasing one and selling my hustler.

Aaron in parts was very knowledgeable and came up with a solution for us that saved the day. Expensive - but maintaining equipment has never been cheap no matter where you go - and you cant put a price on outstanding service. Couldnt be happier

Awesome place with awesome service! I had a few belts that needed replaced on my grasshopper mower, so I googled grasshopper dealers in my area. Birkeys came up so I called and the employee I spoke with was super helpful and very knowledgable with his product. I told him my model number and he was able to look it up in no time. I asked him what time they closed and he replied "5:00p.m." I replied "dang there's no way I can make it there by five because I'm currently in tuscola and I don't leave work till 5:00p.m." Awesome enough the employee I was speaking with lives in tuscola. He said "im only working a half day today so if you would like I can swing by on my way home". And he delivered. As far as I'm concerned this establishment has my business as long as im physically capable of mowing grass.
