I’ve been using Paoletti’s for years, even after I moved 30 minutes away. They always do an amazing job and are so accommodating. I have had a lot of dresses tailored and a ton of dry cleaning done by them. 10 out of 10 would recommend every time

All of the years of many cleaners, this company is the best. They know who I am and are friendly. They clean my clothes well and do it expeditiously. The transactions are auto and I get text notifications. I am very happy and highly recommend them!

Great service upon dropping off my laundry wash & fold items, rugs & suede jacket as well as all my bathroom towels.

I have used Paoletti's since I was in high school (when they cleaned our marching band uniforms). Even though we've since moved from Wheaton, I continue to visit Paoletti's! They have an unmatched level of service, always so pleasant when I drop-off or pick-up. They'll agree, I've come in with some pretty tough stains, and they are always able to get them out. I have complete trust and no worry when I drop my items off. The turnaround time is always faster than I even need it, in which I am so appreciative. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality of service they provide. I continue to recommend them to anyone and look forward to the next time I have to pay them a visit. 10/10, thank you Paoletti's team!!

Love that this place is right in our town, they are easy to communicate with and do a great job. It's SO nice to especially have bulky items like blankets, duvets and comforters washed and delivered back neatly folded in their own storage case. Small indulgence but feels so great! It was a very hot and humid morning. It took me a few seconds to park in the parking lot as someone else was leaving when I was arriving. I walked in and my shirts were already hanging by the cash register. That kind of personal service, getting to know the customer and recognizing, even with vehicle, they drive, is lost in our society today. These guys are the best.
